I'm gonna go for 'Perfect Illusion' now!

Welcome Buzzjack to Round 12 of Lady Gaga's Least Fave Single Poll & it was a pretty tight battle in the last round, but in the end Always Remember Us This Way finally bows out in 19th place with 6 votes which is the same amount it had in the previous 2 rounds & has come close to leaving a few times. Released in January 2019 as the 2nd single from Gaga's soundtrack album A Star Is Born & was co-written by Gaga herself alongside Natalie Hemby, Hillary Lindsey, and Lori McKenna, and produced by Gaga with Dave Cobb. In the film, Gaga performs it as her character, Ally, in a concert scene that marks a key moment in the character's artistic rise. The song is a stunning country tinged ballad that showcases her ability to blend emotional storytelling with a vintage yet modern sound. A nice song but not one of Lady Gaga's essential singles in my opinion and has probably overstayed its welcome a tad bit on here. 19 votes were cast in the previous round. Welcome Buzzjack to Round 11 of Lady Gaga's Least Fave Single Poll. After a very close battle we finally say goodbye to Stupid Love which gained 7 votes & doesn't come as much of a surprise as it's been close to leaving in the last couple of rounds. Released in February 2020 as the lead single from Gaga's 6th studio album Chromatica, and show Gaga returning to her dance pop roots for the first time in several years. Written by Gaga, Max Martin, Ely Rise, and producers Tchami and BloodPop, the track marked the beginning of BloodPop's collaboration with Gaga on the album. I like this song as it marks a much welcome return to her pop sound and features an energetic synth sound and a fun euphoric vibe, but it is a little safe, but it did what it needed to do and set the tone for the album rather effectively. 21 votes were cast in the last round. Welcome Buzzjack to Round 10 of the Lady Gaga Least Fave Single Poll. A whopping 29 votes were cast in the last round & 2 of Gaga's singles exited the last round. Do What U Want, gained the highest amount of votes with 11, which is the highest amount since Round 1 for a song to exit. This is without a doubt Gaga's most controversial single due to the highly problematic feature and the scrapped music video. Released in October 2013 as the 2nd single from her 3rd studio album 'Artpop', and was chosen over the original choice 'Venus' due to high fan demand. I think its safe to say that it was a mistake as it pretty much killed the era and since then Lady Gaga has chosen to erase the song from streaming platforms. There was a very close battle between 3 songs for the next song to exit. Die With A Smile finally edged out in front with 7 votes. A collaboration alongside Bruno Mars released in August 2024 and the song became a huge smash hit worldwide and went onto top the charts in more than 30 countries worldwide. Bruno developed the track with Dernst "D'Mile" Emile II and James Fauntleroy in 2021; three years later, he presented it to Gaga, and the four completed it the same day. This probably left relatively early due to it being more of a Bruno Mars song than a Lady Gaga, but still a stunning old school ballad though. 12 other songs got votes in the last round. Loved 'Alice' too and in my opinion it SHOULD have been the lead single, but I actually don't mind 'Stupid Love', its a cute fun little BOP, even if it is on the safe side. Both Chromatica and Mayhem should have had more singles.

Released in October 2016 as the 2nd single from Gaga's 4th studio album Joanne & lyrically delves on "heartbreak and hope" during a relationship, as well as Gaga's religious faith during the chorus, ultimately making it a song with a positive message. Originally 'A-Yo' was gonna be the album's 2nd single, but was cancelled due to the positive response to this track which became a slow burning hit following some high profile performance slots such as her Victoria Secret's fashion show & Superbowl Halftime Performance.
