Not in the sense of discovering the story. In the sense of. Maybe I haven't seen enough of your posts or am getting a biased vignette but it feels like you judge more harshly things done by Labour/Democrats while turning a blind eye to similar actions done by Trump or Tory leaders like they are just baked in to the system.

Really good! Cynthia was great and Ari really did great as a supporting actress - surprised she did her own stunts too!

La Voix posted this amazing thing on her insta - honestly she has it all and I'm surprised in a way Ru didn't choose someone who is so good naturally at selling herself! One of Ru's own best skills

I think on balance Ginger, surprisingly! She's got great charisma and is also really hot! Then Lawrence after because I like her work ethic and she's really funny. Kyran at the bottom for me, sorry just not my taste. I like The Vivienne a lot more after AS7! She might be 3rd for me now.

Right? I felt like Ru and Michelle downplayed her versatility in some of the comments they made this episode as well. Like, yeah, her main STANDOUT strengths lie towards hosting, acting and singing, but she also did well every week and can keep up at lipsync, choreo and design too! Whereas there were clear weeks where Kyran did badly. I'm not super mad at it though. Kyran did very well at the pageant sections of the episode. To me it came off a little calculated but talking about how everything is down to making your mum proud and talking to little you about that is always a surefire winner with Ru.

Not my winner! Well done to her I guess, she did ok this episode and is definitely polished but she's not my taste at all. Justice for Lill!

'Do They Know It's Christmas' also doesn't really work as a title if they're changing the lyrics to be about US remembering the importance of the time etc. Shou;d've changed it to 'Do WE know' or something

It kinda really shows how not following the news and being bombarded by news media affects your opinion though. I don't mean this to blow my own horn but, I don't use Twitter, I never have. I don't watch the news on tv or listen to it on the radio. I pick up big stories that are big enough to pass into the media I do consume, and read Private Eye sometimes, and pick up top headlines from here. That's it. And from those paths I've totally missed Labour doing anything remotely controversial - or more controversial than what we used to expect from pre-2010 governments, maybe even pre-Brexit at all. Back then, it felt like policies would be announced that would be spun as hard as possible by tabloid journalists to try and create some tabloid drama, which 9 times out of 10 stuck around for 2 or 3 days or a week, before we moved on to the next thing as a small drama, and the people at the back end got on with implementing the previous policy. That was government and the media, and mostly, that was it for coverage, and in terms of the people that followed it ardently, that was a small proportion of the population as well, apart from when there was some really big issue like Iraq or something like a well-known foreign leader dying. Night and day to today where it seems the expectation is that everyone will have a STRONG opinion on everything and everyone should at least be following the latest DRAMAs of politics, if not the grainy detail of what the policies might mean.

Apparently 2 million people are petitioning for another election already? Why??? What crazy standard are they holding Labour to here?

Just a sidenote but at this stage Lana's consistent habit of announcing a release date months in advance and never coming near to hitting it is iconic

Finally watched it and altho I've seen Kyran getting some heat online I do think the B2 was correct. I do think Lill was funny before she messed up though! The judges were a bit harsh saying she wasn't. It was an off day for her though and then tbh making her lipsync in that full body suit with the facekini must've been a health hazard! Its a wonder she got through it at all. Throwing my hat in for team La Voix as well, what is it with UK queens steamrolling the season? She'd be a great addition to winners' circle - and then we might get Kyran 2.0 on vs the World or Global, so win-win!
