Its just ok for me. I don't like the middle 8 either. It's not strikingly better than the last UK entry either, though one would hope Olly will be able to perform it a bit better than whatever Mae thought that was last year.

Apparently the internet hated the last episode (4) but I thought it was great! Sure the treatment of Sagittaria was a bit crap but its a drama show. Apparently she read differently in Spanish as well and the subtitles might've done a bad job of conveying it.

As an Irish person Jonbers comes off like an English person trying to play up what they think an Irish person is like. Glad to see the back of her tbh. The challenge I also thought was really confusing. I also thought Tia did just ok & I didn't like the fact that it was a team challenge yet she didn't help out her teammates and essentially did her own thing and let them get screwed rather than trying to help them as English was her first langugage. Next week being Snatch Game that might be another challenge for the ESL girls! Another easy win for Scarlet?

It was a bad Snatch imo. Only two good performances or 3 at a push. Also this was Sapphira's win.

I hope if Plane and Plasma go to top 5 they start bitching with each other!

Weird album. But I like Bad Woman a lot more after seeing a live performance of it. Not really what I come to Paloma for all in all though. I don't think the album cover goes with the title either.

40th The Girlfriend Experience <5.25> CAN4 Best known as a queen with a promising start on CAN4 who ended up being an early out after a couple of early slip-ups, and for being one of two trans contestants on the season. 39th Alexis Saint Pete <5.29> UK5 UK5's first out and the second UK last placer not to go out in episode 1. 38th Spice <5.33> US15 The other half of the twin duo from US15, known for her divisive charisma outside the show and within it never placing above Safe. 37th Miss Naomi Carter <5.36> UK5 Best known in UK5 for having an injury requiring the use of a couch to lie on to deliver her verse in the girlgroup challenge. 36th Malaysia Babydoll Foxx <5.58> US15 (lower scores) Best known for acting challenge performances in her season and for unwisely picking in the lipsync challenge someone she thought she could easily beat and being left in the dust. 35th Mrs Kasha Davis <5.58> AS8 The oldest queen in AS8 returning from a season from the first half of Drag Race. In my opinion, was wildly underpraised on the season. 34th Salina Estitties <5.58> US15 (one higher score) The 6th placer from US15 and winner of the Golden Boot of the season for some of the worst runway looks. Recently released a parodying Dora the Explorer. 33rd Denim <5.67> CAN4 (one lower score) The 4th placer in Canada 4, a bit of a divisive character who did well in costuming challenges and badly at everything else. Was the first trans man on Canada's Drag Race. 32nd Gabriella Labucci <5.67> DRDU3 (lower scores) The 2nd placer of DRDU 3. I haven't seen the season so I don't know much about her, but she was very funny on reddit as the season progressed with some behind the scenes tea. 31st Amethyst <5.67> US15 Another early out from season 15. Was very funny in the Snatch Game and had more personality than some of the early out queens, but unfortunately lipsynced 3 times within the first 4 episodes. How does Monday sound for a listen?

To summarise my takes on this week: * Agree with Liam about Q. I also dislike her, she's like more delusional and mean Loosey. Great designer though. I don't actually get 'drag queen' from her at all though * I thought this was the first episode Plane Jane did demonstrably well and not just average, but then her runway wasn't to the level of some of them. I do genuinely think she is a mean person though and it isn't put on for TV. * Plasma killed it. I find her mostly annoying still but she really did kill this, and although the biggest role has good potential to win it also has a LOT more potential for the performer to fvck up some aspect of it because there's so much more content. She had to learn four songs AND all those steps in probably just a few days. * Sapphira was also really good and in the perfect role for herself * Nymphia was in the background a bit and imo struggled a little this week in the performance * Dawn and Mhiya would be my bottom 2 this week, Dawn fell out of the lipsync a couple times and Mhiya had the issue with the cloth falling in front of her face which they have just used to justify bottom placements for Plasma and Amanda * Megami shouldn't have been in the bottom, but she did lose the lipsync and she wasn't going to win the contest so it's no big loss for me. Next out: Mhiya and Xunami I think in any order. Possibly one of Dawn or Q for shock value though!
