Episode 8… Incredible. Bella Ramsey is truly fantastic as Ellie. I’m sure the people that doubted her feel a little silly now.

When was the last time it was so obvious who the final four would be this far out from the finale? It's felt like Mistress, Anetra, Luxxx and Sasha for weeks at this point. Perhaps Lucy could surprise me but I seriously doubt it.

I hadn't really paid attention to Hikaru Utada for years so to be reintroduced to her with 'Somewhere Near Marseilles'... damn, it's been a long time since I have listened to something that feels like it was made just for my tastes. Anything vaguely reminiscent of Roisin Murphy and especially Mirwais sounding puts me in an immediate tizzy. Thanks N DNTN! (Justice for Tim Hecker) Ha, I would say this applies to me as well. I had the third message on the deadline and just came up with a country and sent the first song I came across. I didn't really understand the rules or have enough free time to properly engage with this contest but hopefully next time will be different.

Sad I missed the listen-through, but I've voted for the first time. *.* The first half had me questioning everyone but then it massively picked up towards the end — some real gems here. I thought the execution was pretty perfect considering how little time you have in an episode vs how long you spend with characters in a video game. The way they clearly managed to make non-players of the game feel something for Sam and Henry in just 50 minutes is impressive.
