Suppose the print on the CD would tell us? Re Fever, it has had a few vinyl reissues hasn’t it….wasn’t there also a red, silver and two white vinyl released separately? Not sure why they ever went with red but guess that’s very rare. Wonder if they’re all gatefold and heavyweight?

Strange they could have tied this in all together and secured a better chart position. What demand could there be for a Body Language CD…or any back catalogue CD not just Kylie? Though I suppose if there’s hardly any stock left at all it makes some sense….why just Body Language? Remember the Parlophone Albums Box Light Years to Aphrodite? That was a good release and I don’t recall paying much for it. 13 years ago they were all but giving up on back catalogue CD.

Missed this until now…like the production. We need deluxe releases of all her albums with the extra tracks. KMO inc this, Crystallise, Golden Boy. Aphrodite with Mighty Rivers and Heartstrings. So many reasons for the fans to buy and stream a reinvigorated back catalogue.

The BIR remix led her to Confide in Me…one of her most accomplished singles. Finer Feelings definitely the least pop of all her PWL singles.

It must be close to silver. Problem is it has never picked up in the same way the Fever singles and Spinning Around have on YouTube and Spotify. Makes no sense why it hasn’t…yes it’s original sales seemed low but 2003/4/5 were terrible years for physical cd single sales and I don’t even think mp3 was an option in 2003 and the charts certainly didn’t count them until 2005.

HMV must shift next to no vinyl, so expensive.

Dua Lipa referencing Slow (as well as Les Folies/ All the Lovers/ Chocolate) on new video Illusion. Slow already added 12,000 views, usually 5000 a day. Hopefully the boost continues.

Agree makes no sense…only would have done if it had been a bundle with the red blooded one. Fever made sense because of its stature, it’s good they have the black one in general sale now.

Bought it recently for under £9….its a really nice product, good quality vinyl. Obviously I would have preferred SQ but actually more likely to play this in December.

Think it’s best to wait for the UK options to update…yes the cash grab by the Sia label is so naughty it’s hilarious. Surely the 12 inch is going to be profitable and attractive enough to both Kylie and Sia collectors without bundling it with the album. Probably sell more as a standalone.

So there’s a CD Single/ 12 inch vinyl coming. Bundled with the album on the Warner store. 12 inch is pricy but it’s the full remix package at least. CD single track listing not published for some weird reason. Edit….^with the eggs already ha ha ^

Agree it’s not supposed to be anything deep, it’s a solid dance pop tune and hopefully over time it’ll collect significant streams. There’s so many tunes with gigantic streams that are painfully generic. In other news CGYOOMH cleared over 640k on Spotify Friday, it’s going to pass 500million next week…plus it was a good day for Kylie generally almost 2 million total.

Bizarrely listed to my picture disc vinyl this morning and then later Kylie posted the 6 year anniversary! I think Disco is much better however I love that she co wrote everything on Golden and I think it was an very important record for her career wise.

Pink under £16 now as well….looks like they’re both beginning to sell as they’re moving up the store vinyl chart.

Extension double vinyl now under £22 on Amazon. Pink (£17.54) and Black (£16.33) Tension vinyl reduced too…think that’s the lowest I’ve seen them all.

Chose ASTM but easily could have picked MTSWY or Dance Alone. I like CSWSAY but it’s my least fave now. Prefer KOL.

Is Australia the country where Kylie has achieved the most platinum singles certifications? Padam is her eighth there. UK she has ISBSL, EFY, Head and Santa Baby that have passed significantly passed 600k, whether the first two are certified I can’t remember haha. Surely The Locomotion is over 600k too. We really need a comprehensive sales update like we had back in 2019 from those ace insiders.
