My 3 Cd have been dispatched, email came through 20 mins ago.

Hopefully there’s a few hundred for each not added yet, like they did with Body Language hahahaha. Doubtful! That’s just under 9k of vinyls sold so far, quite a decent total. Love Sensation’s UK streams about 250,000 then. Perhaps going to reach 8000 sales total by Friday once we factor in missing data, extra downloads and further streams Tuesday-Thursday?

Expect they’ve done well with the blue X vinyl sales in comparison to all the other black vinyl options. X black vinyl probably the lowest seller overall.

HMV had that 10% offer but they’re awaiting stock! Kylie store isn’t showing a bundle. Looks like X could be top 40 but others low top 100 or somewhere in the top 200… streaming means loads of albums picking up 1-2k. What did Body Language manage when it was released on vinyl? I know there was red and black but be interesting to compare.

Shame they don’t have some special digital download deals to accompany each release…I know they’re not chasing chart positions/ sales but one week only store exclusive expanded editions/ instrumentals at £4-5 would add a few hundred sales to each.

KMO not going gold for a while then unless that SH figure is out of date…at least we know it’ll be, at most, 2k to go once the vinyl sales are added. Depending on stock levels an aggressive discount at some point could shift a few more hundred. Surprised Aphrodite is behind Light Years. Not many will have Aphrodite on vinyl.

Also the KMO double album is unnecessary as it’s not that long. A quality purchase, I’m pleased I made it, back in 2014.

Those are Thursday streams. 6th August. First full day was the 7th August.

Shame they’ve compromised the vinyl quality. I might buy Light Years, KMO and X black vinyl if they don’t sell out but looking forward to the blue X arriving…bloody Townsend! Aside from TARS my vinyl collection is complete!

Thank you both! Was Aphrodite 180g vinyl or like this new one? My KMO red box one is double vinyl 180g it’s beautiful. Never bought the standalone vinyl that was also released…assuming it was 1 vinyl and not 180g?

Aphrodite vinyl arrived from Amazon….not gatefold and quite flimsy vinyl, the cover is bloody creased too. Think I saw that X is gatefold. Perhaps just the webstore blue one.

Madonna has chosen a track that works well for both, totally agree!

Love Sensation is a standout on C2 and both new versions are ace. Love the Kylie ad libs and the new production. My only gripe is I think Kylie’s vocals have been added in and it’d be better if they recorded vocals together. In an ideal world the original Love Sensation would have always featured Kylie and they could have then remixed. It’s bloody brilliant though that they’ve worked together and Madonna has chosen a track that either could have recorded separately. The CD should have been ready this week though for maximum impact!!!

I find it much too similar to Get Naked/ Freakshow from Blackout. The said I loathed 4 minutes when it came out as I found it too derivative of other Timbaland productions but now i think it’s an epic banger.

Not sure what the 3 country option is about given they’re not restricted to each store unless they’ve added all 3 by mistake but preordered all 3 from the UK store. Postage was still £4.50 if buying 1 or 3 and they’re only £1.99 each. Love Sensation has grown on me, enjoy it along with the first 4 tracks on Confessions 2 and Bizarre, the rest I don’t rate at all. Pleased Kylie is on this track, wasn’t it rumoured a while ago she’d be on Love Sensation?

Just looked it's on 1859 which I'm assuming is Friday and Saturday streams. Bit more than I thought but hopefully it can generate big numbers this coming Christmas time.

Expect it’ll only have a few hundred so far judging by the rest of the album, bar Santa Baby.

I’ve added XMAS to my Kylie Spotify playlist…it’s now on 32,000 saves so it should help generate some streams ho ho ho.

They do seem very comfortable with each other. It’s so nice to see. I was lucky enough to win tickets to Madonna’s fabulous Brixton Music launch gig back in 2000 and Kylie was centre of the front row in the balcony seats where all the celebrities were. There were loads of A listers watching but Kylie had the best seat….theyve known each other a long time.

Can’t see a remix coming but an extended version with a middle 8 or whatever it’s called would be good. The song is excellent but over too quick. It’s moved back into the top 20 on the uk rolling week airplay chart.

Over 1.2 million per day now on YouTube….looks as though an ad is driving up the numbers…be interesting to know what that costs vs the streaming revenue.
