What a bore with a former #1 returning - I love it usually in January when an unexpected track makes it, hopefully they’ll be some new peaks for other tracks moving up the charts.

Agree - it seems like she’s not bothered and I guess it very much was an album to conclude her Parlophone deal, as said before she could easily do more with KC with very little effort but the motivation is clearly not there (aside from her team doing the usual social media posts).

She licensed the KC album to Parlophone via the Firewheel company (which later absorbed into Darenote) so she certainly has more control over the album (and likely more profit) than some of her others.

A small push from Kylie for any of the KC tracks could make all the difference - so many artists and labels know what a money spinner it is (and also helps keep artists names in the spotlight over the festive period).
