I agree, I don’t think Dannii has more than 500 people engaged in new music - I think she’s genuinely liked but has done zero for the past 20+ years to keep her back catalogue alive. She also doesn’t have that ‘signature song’ that everyone knows or is a staple on compilations. She releasing for fun now - and that’s the kind of returns she (and we) can expect.

I think it’ll miss out seeing as it’s #96 and will likely be pushed down more with streaming.

I’ve been obsessed with it since it come out - such a great tune!

All physical formats have reverted to their regular price on Amazon (CD £3.99 / 7” £12.99 & Zoetrope £20.99). I definitely think they’ll be a push for it this year - even if it’s just a social media blast.

I really hope we get something special - we’ve had the re-issues of vinyl and cassette, time for a box set with unreleased tracks, outtakes, remixes and demos please - there is plenty in the vault to be used.

I love that people are actively playing it now - it’s on my Kylie playlist so getting a play or two most days.

I keep seeing so much online where people are saying why would Kylie do this - I mean, why not. She’s at the point in her career where she can do what she likes and opening up in stadiums for one of the biggest current artists clearly appeals to her, she’s focused so much on building in the US in recent years so this is just an extension of that.

The Big Top 40 don’t usually care about things like that - I’m pretty sure the charts are knocked together a few hours before they are broadcast 🤣

Love that it got played - at least some exposure for it, I know the Big Top 40 is totally made up but was expecting it to be a bit higher.

I think the extended First Look would/will be a lot more interesting when we get back to some normality in the charts with new music etc., - at the moment it’s almost a like for like of how Fridays chart will look.

The rate new songs are selling atm RMI won’t even need to be reset to claim the #1 spot again.

Think it more highlights how few sales are needed to zoom up the iTunes Charts now rather than Eastenders suddenly having a bigger influence.

Poor Dannii - but I guess that’s the most we can expect for an independent release with no streaming support. Absolutely love the song though and that Dannii is still dipping her toe into the world of music.

They need streaming to prop up the album is my guess - they are banking on one/both of the collabs to take off and help the first week performance of the album?

Poor showing in Australia for NMF - usually Spotify Australia throw some support behind local artists. As expected that it didn’t appear on NMF in the UK but again, how are people meant to discover anything new if it can even get a place on their Top 50 new releases!

This - not sure why RMI is being dragged up again, the Buzzjack obsession over it is real 🤣 The charts are irrelevant to the majority of the country and I’m sure most people couldn’t name many #1 hits from the past 2 years.
