Have to agree I’m slightly disappointed with the sales as it’s been something fans have been begging for plus the fact they are all really decently priced (X is currently £20 on Amazon). I know they offer nothing new aside from X being released on vinyl for the first time but the fact so many fans don’t own the originals and the Sainsbury’s press of LY was so limited I did think there would be more sales/interest in them.

Two of my friends orders haven’t been dispatched yet (one ordered 6 and the other ordered 3) so looking likely not everything is being sent this week so if they are ready to go there should be some sales going into next week.

If only the CDs were dropped earlier in the week it would have motivated both fanbases to download - happy they’ve rushed the CDs out but we know how fans get behind them when they can see something is within reach.

Great week for Kylie. ‘Love Sensation’ hopefully charting a lot higher than we initially thought, and at least 3 of the re-issues appearing in the Top 100 albums.

Do we think Madonna would care/know about the CD singles? I get her changing her mind and making last minute decisions about bigger things just can imagine her being that invested in the release of £1.99 CD singles.

Pass

Not getting too excited - hopefully it’s enough for Top 20 but at this point I’m just pleased it’ll be Top 40.

Love that we have zero idea where Kylie & Madonna will end up tomorrow. My 6 CDs have now been dispatched, I bought 3 downloads earlier in the week too.

I’m guessing they were vague about release date so they could drop them when needed (they clearly wasn’t expecting that to be week 1!).

Just got my dispatch email. 6 x CDs, I’ve already downloaded 3 from iTunes so 9 sales in the bag for me this week. Addiction To Vinyl has made a post on insta saying theirs have been dispatched too so looks like they are working their way through orders.

It’s been stable throughout its ‘rein’ at the top with no huge spikes or dips - I’m more shocked that despite not doing record breaking numbers nothing else at all is able to mount a challenge.

I think they knew it was possible not to get a Top 40 this week so have just gone for it. Will be interesting to see if they are actually dispatched today or just marked as dispatched so that they count to tomorrows chart. Mine says “We're preparing these items for shipping.”

Exciting that we now have zero idea where it could end up tomorrow. My 6 CDs have not been dispatched yet but there’s still time. (Glad I done my iTunes downloads this week now 😉)

New radio edit lyric video (although a bit of a waste for a Thursday!)

Iconic - to be this far into her career and to be achieving this outside of her biggest eras is incredible

Seen a few people saying this - mine haven’t been (yet!). Hopefully all of them get shipped this week and they are not split over 2 weeks.

No

RMI +20k, seems to be having a viral moment after it was posted as someone’s wedding song which I’m sure is helping.
