  1. ‘Fever’ is the latest to appear as being available as a card CD reissue - no sign of KMO yet though
  2. Really hope we get an EY re-issue - we’ve had multiple CD reissues over the years and the Cherry Red picture disc Boxset but would love to see it get a proper vinyl reissue. I’m sure BMG will wheel it out at some point as they own the rights to Kylie’s PWL albums (as well as the Deconstruction ones).
  3. Don’t forget to pre-save, apparently helps with playlists etc https://theblessedmadonna.lnk.to/Edge?fbcli...fwpXUWoUytZmGDQ
  4. Whilst looking up YDNY I discovered a cover version I didn’t need to know existed
  5. 2006 called and they want their ticket prices back
  6. Definitely getting Top 40 vibes from it too, the reaction has been huge (I’m sure the ‘leak’ was well planned to gauge reaction).
  7. YDNY has become a bit of a folklore cult classic with everyone claiming it would’ve been a #1 etc., I do think it was a missed opportunity but I’m not convinced it would have been the smash everyone assumed it would be, also it didn’t exactly light up the charts in the countries where it did get a release (happy that we have CD singles for it though) Australia #20 Switzerland #27 Germany #31 Austria #70
  8. Midweek release :drama: but if it’s for Hottest Record then it’s worth it!
  9. Not seen this before but it was shared on SH - so great to hear this live NCSU64L2BwE
  10. The outtakes for KMO are huge! Kylie recorded so much for this era.
  11. It’s good item to have for the collection, the vinyl hardly ever seems to go on offer though and seems to have held its price since it was released. The deluxe CD Book is a bargain at £3.99 at the moment - https://hmv.com/store/music/cd/step-back-in...-collection-(1)
  12. I remember being a bit meh about the release (following on from a commercial unsuccessful era), but was blown away by the response and how everyone was clamoring for Kylie again. I still remember going to buy it in HMV on Tuesday and the guy said it had been their biggest seller and was definitely going to be #1. I love what the song done for her commercial comeback and it had all the elements needed - great full on pop, the video/outfit.
  13. Totally - can only imagine how epic/joyous a ‘Disco’ tour would’ve been.
  14. It had such a strong run of singles I don’t think there were any major missed opportunities for another single, although she could’ve easily scored another Top 10 back then off the back of her renewed success and the CD1/CD2 releases. This would’ve totally worked and been a hit.
  15. ^^ Patiently waiting for SBIT to snatch a platinum award - it got a recent boost from the Hyde Park show and HMV sale too.
  16. Ah nice it’s got a bit of a boost - wasn’t sure if it would seeing as it’s low down the album tracklist.
  17. Love that the other singles are grabbing a few sales - guessing people that are buying MOM from her store are adding them to complete their collections and make postage worthwhile (even though postage increases the more you add :drama: ).
  18. A must have album on vinyl, it’s such a stunning album and sound perfect on vinyl. Glad you managed to get a copy for a decent price :cheer:
  19. Agree - it wasn’t a favourite for me when it was released and I’ve hardly returned to it but I loved getting whipped up in the chart frenzy when it was released and was just what was needed in the lockdowns etc.,
  20. With Orville’s album now out hopefully MR can pick up a few extra streams (although it’s track 10 on the album so probably won’t benefit massively). As a side note, the album is really good but MR and the sublime ‘Cowboys Are Frequently Secretly Fond Of Each Other’ are the clear standouts.
  21. Warner - big label so they certainly have the resources to push it if they wish, hoping they really get behind it as they will be keen to get the pre-orders up for TBMs new album.
  22. The response to it has been massive on socials - hopefully that’s a sign that there is a hit on the making! MOM was dead in the water on arrival (I love it personally) but can’t see anything making it a hit.
  23. Kylie when people ask her about MOM now that the world has heard ‘Edge Of Saturday Night’…
