  1. ^^ The fact it spread like wildfire I’m guessing some stern emails were sent from the labels  I bet Gaydio have never had so many listeners to their Sound Cloud page
  2. BMG are so poor at controlling their music - leaks for PP, Tension, In The Night and this. I’m sure it was t meant to be heard yet and now it’s everywhere.
  3. As a super stan collector I wouldn’t be interested in 50 versions of any song regardless if they were 59p, 79p or 99p. The whole K-Pop download thing is in a world of its own - they have download campaigns where people donate money and others download it, some of the top accounts regularly get donations of £1,000 which I’m not convinced isn’t the record company.
  4. Nice to see some interest in the EP iTunes #4 Australia #6 Brazil #6 United Kingdom #12 Norway #15 Turkey #16 Ireland #18 Spain #36 Canada #41 France #99 Germany #143 United States
  5. MOM Remix EP picking up a few sales - iTunes #4 Spain #6 Australia #15 Turkey #18 United Kingdom #90 Germany
  6. Yes, Joel is not shy with the promo - all the collabs he’s done previously he trots around all the radio stations and One Show etc to promote.
  7. I guess a real strategic move from Orville and his team - I hadn’t heard of him prior to the collab, now I’m a fan and have pre-ordered his album, I guess exactly the type of outcome they were going for with MR?
  8. Pleased we’ve got the remixes altogether rather than dragging them out for weeks - they’ve been really organized for this release, shame the interest isn’t there. Love the extended version (which is basically how the song would have sounded pre-TikTok  ).
  9. I feel Kylie had a part to play - it seemed like the album was a tool to support the Vegas residency.
  10. 35 years since ‘Wouldn’t Change A Thing’ was released  Still one of my absolute favourites. Stayed at #2 in the UK for 2 weeks, held of the top spot by Jive Bunny :drama: Top 10s UK #2 Denmark #4 Belgium #5 Australia #6 Finland #6 Top Of The Pops kFlGgwsi90c Wogan SYS6gPhwj3A
  11. At this point I just want a Disco/Tension tour.
  12. Glad it managed to snatch a week - I’m sure it’s a big disappointment for BMG and Kylie though, it feels as though they thought this was going to be big.
  13. There’s no way the vinyl will only shift 1k - if the CD can sell 1.2k and the cassette 900 copies then the vinyl sales will outstrip them both even if the track if not a fan favourite it will still be snapped up.
  14. I think BMG were expecting a lot more than just trying to get the song onto some playlists with 3 x physicals, paid adverts on socials, getting the 3 of them together at BST etc.,
  15. Don’t get me wrong that’s a really good start for Jade but I was expecting more - there seems to be so much hype and goodwill towards her and the song I thought it might start off better but saying that, it’s early days and hopefully it will continue to improve.
  16. Love that the other songs have snatched a few sales while people were grabbing MOM :cheer:
  17. The queen of consistency with physical sales - she always seems to be able to shift a solid 5k of them and I’m sure once the vinyl joins the ranks this will be the same - MOM - 890 cassettes/1,260 CDs
  18. I wonder if Kylie is bothered by it’s lack of success - #63 in the UK and missing out in Ireland and Australia, she genuinely seemed a bit giddy about the collab on R2 and seemed to really enjoy the BST performance so it seems she was/is invested in the track and probably had higher expectations.
