  2. Evicting me from my silver Rob, brb closing the border
  3. Congrats Neliönoir!!!! Zur Party in a potential medal is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over my expectations. I thought like 25th in the semi max

It does have Siobhan’s vocals. Confirmed by Queen Mutya herself via the Queen Mother
  7. From the sounds of the BBC News report it wasn’t a group chat, but a chat with a single person. The question tho should be asked is how he came to know the other person as they are a convicted kiddie fiddler, and if he knew that why did he enter into this chat with him. There is no suggestion in the media that this is a pattern, or that the media received was even requested. Caution when using actionable language is never a bad thing
  8. Votes are in!
  9. He’s plead guilty and the BBC has more details on what the charges are. So firstly it has nothing to do with the news that came out previously, and I’m comfortable standing by what I said previously. The police investigated and noted no illegality took place Secondly, it appears that he received these images (didn’t create them) in the context of an image sharing chat on WhatsApp and had actually written in the chat (according to the defence) multiple times he didn’t want illegal content. Regardless, he has continued to participate in this chat beyond the first incidence and he should receive the requisite punishment for his actions. Stupid way to end what was a great career with some stupid decisions that will be what people remember him for

Sainz has decided that he is bored of fighting for podiums and has decided to dedicate himself to being lapped by everyone else on the grid for the next couple of the years by joining Williams

Spa is also one of the tracks I have on my list of places I’d love to see a race. Canada is also there Only race so far I’ve seen live is Australia 2009 as it coincided with my semester abroad
  13. I think all of my votes qualified! Thrilled to be going zur Party in the final
  14. The two party cap is cruel and is an active and key driver of poverty and is the cause of major crisis for families across the country. It should’ve been immediately scrapped. They talk about wanting to take action on poverty, this is the easiest and quickest lever there is to make an immediate difference to millions And yes, this would generally be a huge net positive for the country and economy as it would be fed almost entirely directly back into the economy by those families paying for the essentials to sustain themselves
  15. Rd‘Á has voted!
  16. My votes coming later today, decided to use the extension instead of rushing them through Persephonia hype 😱😱😱
  17. It’s revenue raising. End of. It’s closing a loophole that only the wealthy benefit from. All other forms of privately provided education is subject to VAT. This is a specific and weird carve out to the VAT law that is now being corrected Unless you’re happy to continue to subsidise the consumption of the upper classes
  18. Im generally quite against private schools as a concept tbh and I don’t see how someone who flounces about this site throwing around accusations about landed gentry and pretending to be the most liberal person on here can be so heavily in favour of private schooling. But then again we all knew that this was a joke act anyway right? Regardless, closing the VAT gap is great, let’s close other loopholes too! VAT is actually the single largest source of Revenue the government has. It raises more than any other form of taxation. By levying VAT on something that previously had no VAT on it you, by default, bring in additional money. That’s primary school level mathematics. You could argue that the impact is overall neutral due to additional expenditure on the state school system but I would counter that that’s the entire f***ing point of this. To raise additional revenue to support an increase in the department for educations budget. Neither having a neutral impact on the bottom line nor your financial illiteracy make this a bad policy.
  19. Zur Party? Zur Party! Rd‘Á this month is taking you Zur Party (to the party) courtesy of 6euroneunzig. We hope you enjoy! fAN1LVN53_M

Supporting Spain this evening because I have absolutely no desire to have to suffer what happens when England win. Currently in the fan mile, the atmosphere of which the England fans are doing their very best to sour, because on the run up to the final the Sugababes are doing a set on the big stage at the Brandenburg Gate. Then I’m going home to watch the match with my boy

My friend emigrated to Canada to be with her other half and they were getting married so I flew out for the wedding and while o was there, given how close it was, I nipped to see some of the Schitt‘s Creel filming locations!!

I do think not having Drum on the setlist is a mistake. I think a live band performance of that would go hard and have such a great party atmosphere at festivals

That’s twice Glasto has underestimated them, and twice they’ve responded by shutting down the field they’re playing in. They’re a huge draw still
