  1. Yes, I suspect their own versions of the country's charts is probably what they have used to compile the Global and Global (excl USA) charts.
  2. They say that each country has its own customized ratio so probably not 1:100 and 1:600. Billboard does a different ratio for its charts. I forget what it is currently, but 1:1350 rings a bell (though that maybe albums)

You do know that only 10 streams a day count right?

Bruno continued to increase last week, though it is slowing down so it is possible that this week it may show a decline and hence start the ACR clock ticking.... Surface Pressure declined slightly last week while Family Madrigal increase, so don't know whether they will both be declining to start the ACR clock.... We'll just have to wait and see.

So presumably Bat out of Hell is on ACR and so is really no.4?

Prince had three in the Top 10 (2,3 and 4) when he died (6 in Top 40). David Bowie had 5 in the top 10 (1,3,5,9,10) 3 weeks after he died (12 in the Top 40 that week too)...

As it says above 99p signed CD singles. - Hopefully once the full streaming is factored Bruno will make it again.

Even if it does now, it probably won't by the end of the week. Don't forget this is very sales front loaded and with the new signed CDs it could be, but Bruno is a massive streamer (especially on video). EDIT: OK it did make it but as I said very sales front-loaded this chart so once streaming effect is fully known this is likely to change... Will have a better idea once we see figures....

Almost certainly back to ACR next week (not this week to come) so you'll get your wish.

He should avoid ACR next week as his sales have been relatively steady over the past three weeks.... though of course its the streams that count and not the sales overall.....

No It's next week. They reset on the 7th January chart. That means the 1st week of decline would be the 14th January (compared to the 7th), the second week of decline is the 21st (ie this week's chart compared to the 14th January)) so the 3rd week of decline is next weeks chart (compared to this weeks chart). Therefore ACR will kick in on the chart after that.

That's right after next week's chart all the songs that got reset will probably go back to ACR unless the act of going to SCR managed to boost their streams over the past two weeks or this week coming.... Easy on Me will almost definitely be on ACR, Sam Fender will probably avoid it, Overpass Graffiti is likely to go back to ACR.
  13. Don't forget that Blinding Lights didn't light up the chart on its first charting (though admittedly it was in the Xmas rush.....) but then started to take off soon after....
  14. After next week most of them will probably be back on ACR.
  15. You forgot to add 2 of the 3 weeks that Last Christmas 'lost' at no.1 while "Merry Christmas" was there officially.
  16. Yes, if the rumors are true. Shivers actually returned to no.1 and not Easy On Me. We'll know once the sales figures are announced.

I expect the song was deleted. Deleting a track (no more physical stock and no more downloads) was common in the 2000s. Once deleted (from physical production not digital), a song had 2 weeks in which it could chart before it was removed due to having no physical presence. This 'physical release required' rule was changed in 2007. Crazy by Gnarls Barkley is a good example of this as it was deleted the last week it was no.1 and then had enough stock left in stores and digital sales to be at 2 and 5 the following 2 weeks before being removed the following week. Again such 'records' should be marked with an asterisk as they are due to chart manipulation rather than actual sale patterns.

I'd even suggest having pre-streaming and post-streaming records as the addition of streaming has turned everything on its head.

You forgot "I Don't Care" by Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber dropping off from the top 100 from No.2 due to it going to ACR that week and becoming the 4th best seller (even though it was actually the number 1 - without ACR). It of course returned at no.2 the following week when SCR was reinstated. It is also worth adding that annotation to some of the drop offs to show that they are due to chart manipulation rather than real chart drop offs.
  20. The sales of Merry Christmas would be neutralized to the average of tracks 3-12 in sales due to it now being one of the top 2 sellers from '='. The difference is that Bad Habits sales would now count as apart of the average instead of being neutralized along with Shivers. It is possible that this could contribute 500+ sales and thus make the difference. We won't know for sure until we get sales data (though it does seem likely) .... Adele may return to no.1 next week once the Merry Christmas plummets....
