What in the Transnistria is going on here.

It gets extended for 3 months apparently as long as your dossier is submitted but this is not necessarily universally understood. And also there are 101 departments and they kinda all do their own thing.

I'm not getting solutions to my bureaucratic wranglings anywhere else, the hallows of a BJSC green room are my last resort 💀

Are République d‘Áskorza likely to be speedier at processing visa (re)applications than the department of Haute-Savoie which has basically left me as an illegal alien since the end of last month x

So addicted to my entry atm which inevitably gives me unrealistic expectations for everybody else to love it too.

Not really gone that experimental in the end but have sent an underappreciated ditty. Sent an upbeat deep house cut which sounds very Skall, recycling an artist whose name sounds suspiciously like the ski resort in French Catalonia near Spain's most notable non-African exclave. Idk why I made that needlessly cryptic x

The dance pop was a nice experiment but going for something stylistically experimental this time

Amazing results, and congrats Dandy! Looks like I was one of just a few who liked the winner but didn't contribute to the sea of 18s. I liked 2nd and 3rd place even more - not necessarily how I'd expect to rank the podium just based on the nations involved! Very happy with 9th, only sad for East Ruk who sent what sounded to me like a female singer songwriter covering The War On Drugs. Also thought that with me pointing Pophub (albeit not much), that would mean that they'd have a lot wider appeal.

Damn a 36 point post for me - thankyou so much!

East Ruk should not be down there!

Voted and I'd say there are a good number of surprises relative to typical Skall taste. Very hard to vote though - there were very few tracks that didn't click at all.

Finished this last night and loved it! I think given the setting I was expecting there to be a bit more sociological commentary - the need for Shane and Ilya's relationship to be secret was really just taken as a given and not thoroughly explained. There was more focus on homophobia in Russia rather than immediately around the characters. The cast was generally very wholesome and there really wasn't much locker-room homophobia / toxic masculinity that you might expect in men's team sports along with any of the other difficulties with being an out sportsplayer. But despite the absence of much sociological commentary it really did just work as a pure romance/interpersonal drama. In any case, season two will need a narrative arc which I think (although I have not read the books) clearly points towards making the relation public and the difficulties with that could be the central point of tension.

Had a French guy that I met a few months ago bring this up to me when I told him the English county that I'm from. Nearly 2 decades later and 100s of miles away this still haunts.

I hope for all of our sakes that 12th April goes a bit better for Hungary than the last few months have gone for Ben's Sanctuary!

The territories of New Lexico and Skall did a population and therefore taste exchange India 1947 style except less messy x

Heard Twigs' How's That in the lobby of a 4* hotel on Saturday? Was playing very quietly through the speakers but still felt a bit eccentric for that setting and at 5am. Was just working in there, wish I could afford to stay in a 4* hotel x

Pls extend your membership if you are looking to send more of that calibre! Hope I can vote for it in the final Lots I'm familiar with too - a few artists that I've not thought about for a very long time like Schiller and the Walkmen.

I feel like Chat GPT thinks it is predicting the results of an endurance sport.

I thought we reached a conensus that we wouldn't do LLM posting

Maybe a hybrid of the two or I might just be completely off base!

Confirming an entry that you'd probably guess as a Klum/Hendinia one if you listened to it blind.

The leaderboard I think I would prefer if it were turned upside down ngl!! Lots of my faves are down at the bottom.

Oops I was right about who would be last off 0 points.
