Looks like “The Left Party” will be the name… gah. They need something more inconspicuous & obvious imo. They may well be a left party, but it’s not going to be easy to get new people to your side who may be more center leaning etc.. People will see that name and won’t need to delve further. Whereas something a bit less obvious and people will research out of curiosity etc.. (Does that make sense lmao)

LMAO oops terrible wording on my behalf, I meant those 2 songs being considered the same artists to the other songs when it's essentially a boy band singing those two and a girl group singing 4 others (and 'Free' being a duet between a member of each group)

'Golden' is SO GOOD. It's my 3rd favourite from the album, but it's still good in its own right! It's annoying that 'Your Idol' & 'Soda Pop' are considered the same "artists" for the 3 track rule as although they're from the same movie, the acts singing them are different (I understand 'Free' not being eligible) 01 'What It Sounds Like' 02 'How It's Done' 03 'Golden' 04 'Soda Pop' 05 'Takedown' 06 'Your Idol' 07 'Free' But not a single one of them is a dud. Really happy that it's taken off the way it has! The film is so much fun.

Finally listening now. 'IT girl' is really "grand" and very movie-esque. ADORE! 'Frozen'... STUNNING. 'Plastic Box' is INSANE! OMFG! LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEE! FLOORED at 'Sweet Melody' HOLY CRAP! The "on and on" parts before the middle 8??????????!?!?!?!?!? WOW WOW WOWWWWW! 'Fantasy' is one of the ones I haven't seen a single clip of... I don't know why coz it's so fun! Love this arrangement of it. This arrangement of 'FUFN' is so minimalistic and I kinda love that about it! Her version of 'Remember My Name' is just out of this world. Truly. GAHD! Her Geordie accent really pops out on this one and it's wonderful! Ohhhh that dedication at the end! The Clubland megamix is sublime! How tf does her mind work enough to know how to pull THAT off??? Insane! 'Angel Of My Dreams' is obviously outstanding. Just phenomenal. This is definitely my favourite set she has done on this festival run. I am a sucker for strings/piano arrangements of things and this just blew me away in more ways than I could ever have imagined. Whoever pieced together the arrangements in the ways they did... take a BOW! Her VOCALS too?? She truly outdoes herself every time. I wish people took her more seriously as a vocalist. One of the best the UK has today. I really hope we get an EP/limited vinyl release of this or something. I NEED these versions to spam in one way or another... My God. Flawless.

Starting to see more and more Tik Tok videos of people lip syncing to the final moments of the bridge and final chorus to this song! Would welcome this song going viral to the point it re-charts! I adore it <3 (But I'm pretty sure this song usually have a brief viral moment once every 6 or 7 months or so lol)

Yay for 'The Fantastic Four'! Hopefully it'll hold steady. For such a weak year for animation, 'Elio' really should be wiping the floor with it's competition. It's behind ‘K-Pop Demon Hunters’ and 'Ne Zha 2' for me as the best animation of the year so far (4th/5th if you include 'Flow' & 'Memoir of a Snail' - like I do - as 2025 releases) Really hoping both 'The Fantastic Four' and 'Superman' can level out what will be a pretty meh August and hold strong.

The charts really have been in such a dire state this year. Thankfully, I make my own playlist of my own favourites to get me through each year. Honestly, I'd love Tinashe to randomly get a surge and get close to number 1, even if I'm not *too* fussed on that version of the song. I bop to it & do enjoy it though. So pleased to see it go on to become such a smash for her. It was always a standout from 'Quantum Baby' for me (in it's original form ofc). Would love 'Thirsty' to get it's moment!

It sounds like the slower songs on TRAFOAMP, but unfortunately they’re the ones I go back to the least (although I enjoy when listening to the album) Just want another balls to the wall, all out pop banger though.

I believe it officially samples it!! It’s very that era of music though. Almost like a Neptunes track.
