"Overwhelmingly"? I'd say it's definitely mixed. I'd also say those of us who do like the song are quite aware that, although it's possibly our favourite (or one of our favourites) it's not going to win. However, we can hope that it surprises. Those that like it seem to love it and those that don't will be sure to tell you at every point that they can that they don't so... God forbid people find something joyous that they like and want to support doing well in a contest the song is literally designed for.

I just can't believe that even though it's still 4 months away... we're FINALLY getting it! I'm so overcome with emotion that I never thought would be possible for a fave of mine. This is such a huge feeling of pride for her. HAS she specifically said “album announcement coming next week”? I don’t remember her stating it at ALL. She’s commented saying she hopes an announcement will be made but I’m not sure shems ever said anything specific? (I could be wrong though) I really think her teasing things on Discord as C. Joel has said had given the fanbase to go on random conspiracy theories to try and determine stuff that isn’t there like they’re Swifties or something and then ended up getting disappointed when it wasn’t what they wanted/expected. Basically I’m not sure Jade has ever said anything specific about the album or an album announcement before. Maybe some comments hinting that she hopes it’s soon etc.. but that’s kinda it? Edit: I could be wrong ofc. But I’m not sure I’ve seen anything specific other than “insider info” and/or fan conspiracy theories.
