It’s fun, catchy and imo it has a very “classic British” sound to it (ala Queen). It’s very theatrical and as a big musical theatre fan, it’s right up my street. I am still pretty obsessed with this and the more of the performances I see of them performing this, the more I want it to do well.

‘Somethin’ (Bout U)’ is very Ciara… ‘Thinkin’ Bout U’-esque. Really solid effort that I’m finding myself drawn back to each time. Enjoying this a lot.

Cheering and clapping in excitement at what is presented on screen is one thing (think 'Endgame' - Cap lifting Mjolnir/every returning through the portals etc..), but to purposefully throw popcorn, sweets, drinks etc... in the air just to be obnoxious and annoying is another and it is really not fair on the staff who have to clean it up and deal with the angry guests who didn't want to take part in/weren't even aware of the "trends" who just wanted to take their kids to keep them distracted for the Easter holidays. Thankfully nothing quite that extreme has happened at our cinema. Although we have had guests arguing with each other after telling groups to "shut up" etc..

I’m actually really loving this so much atm. The way Jade sings and does that mini-run during “Hell” on the “Bet it hurts like hell” line is just so smooth and really hits THE spot! It’s gonna sound so good in the sun.

RCA are the absolute PITS and they were terrible with the handling of 'Confetti' too (and 'LM5' - but at least they had an excuse of being given that campaign during album release week)... they didn't capitalise when they needed to (i.e. price reductions) when Kylie was doing all of that in their battle etc.. They also fumbled Tinashe and her releases too when '2 On' was looking to be a big hit... I know y'all have lost hope somewhat (and I get it) but I really think the album IS still coming relatively soon and I think a tour is right around the corner/later this year. But we'll seeeee...

The promotion for 'The Amateur' really ramped up a couple of days or so before the actual release. I really can't call 'Sinners' next week. The pre-orders where I work are pretty non-existent atm. But I'm seeing it advertised everywhere and ofc the hype around it getting 100% on Rotten Tomatoes will surely cause enough curiosity?

Still top 100 in today's mid week! Higher than the same time last week too (95 last week - 88 this week) A cute little hit here!
