I assume this was because Jack was available to work and actually help with the creative input a lot more, hence the beefier production in majority of the TV of this album. Again, there's really not *much* in them and I will lose my shit to whichever version/happily listen to any version. But I do find the production on TV on the whole to be a lot more "full" and "whole". There seems to be a more euphoric feel to them! Just gorgeous. SIO & BB in particular aren't anywhere near as annoying as they are in their reclaimed versions, imo. I get that's the point of those songs (to sound obnoxious and kinda annoyingly catchy) but in terms of personal enjoyment, they're executed so much better in the TV's! 'Clean (Taylor's Version)' in particular is INSANE! NOW... I am a 'Style (Taylor's Version)' defender. Sorry. I love both versions, but I think the TV is just so filling and whole.

I mean, ofc it'd be very welcomed, but not sure I care in the grand scheme of things. I still have the album on the way and the tour to go to in October... We WON tbh! <3

I probably think this setlist had more to do with being as minimal swearing as possible. I agree that I think I’d have preferred the IT girl/Wasabi medley, but I understand the decision to do SOTME/SM.

However, the Reclaimed Versions that work the most here are the more personal ones. But yeah I can take or leave both versions as I don't think they're too dissimilar to each other and again, I think TV wins just because her voice is much more mature/refined to the country/pop-rock sound. It's going to be interesting listening to both versions of 1989 back to back for me. I feel like straight forward pop will be a bit more divisive. But we'll see! Also TV's of 'Enchanted', 'Haunted', 'Long Live' and 'Superman' are just... WHEW!
