It definitely feels more "polished" in the version that's being released. It's such a great song! I didn't immediately *get* the Saturdays - Higher comparison but I actually do hear it in moments! I pray pray PRAY this is a huge hit for her coz it absolutely sounds massive!

We will be able to download an hour earlier than usual due to the clocks changing in the US and iTunes will be releasing the new releases here at 11pm! I'm not sure if that's how it works for Spotify/Apple Music as I can't remember, but HYPE! I know 'The Giver' by Chappell is releasing at 8pm or something over here?

This might sound stupid but what is the difference between "filtered" and "unfiltered" streams? I always see people say "unfiltered streams" etc.. but I never thought to question it until now lol.

As a big movie fan, the teasing for the video has me hyped!!

To me this feels no different than songs like 'Hard Rock Hallelujah', 'Dancing Lasha Tumbai', 'Party For Everybody', 'Spirit In The Sky', 'Cha Cha Cha' & even last year with 'Rim Tim Tagi Dim' etc... It's just a well executed, pure pop FUN. It is exactly the kind of thing that people tune into Eurovision for. Just utter pop joy.

The run of 'How Bad Do U Want Me?', 'Don't Call Tonight' & 'Shadow Of A Man' is seriously FLAWLESS. 'Don't Call Tonight' is VERY underrated already I fear!

Chappell Chappell Chappell, JADE & Sugababes. I just can't see Chappell not debuting really high (top 3 at least) but I'm also a bit cautious because it sounds maybe a bit *too* country for the UK casuals to get fully on board with... So I'm not sure how well it'll hold! JADE is my most anticipated (ofc) and I'm excited to hear both Chappell and Sugababes new releases too!

Calvin Harris - Smoke the Pain Away Chappell Roan - The Giver JADE - FUFN (f*** U For Now) Lil Nas X - Hotbox Sugababes - Jungle Tom Grennan - Boys Don't Cry Chappell, Sugababes & Tom all release their singles the day before (Thursday 13th). This week really said GAY RIGHTS (featuring Calvin and Tom) though!

Looks like both Chappell and now Calvin Harris are releasing songs on Friday....... (funnily enough both with Country sounding songs - presumably Calvin's will be more 'Wake Me Up' by Avicii Country vibes than outright Country) I do hope that JADE surprises an out performs tbh.

Yeah as usual nowadays it's all down to playlisting. Her label really need to get it on the KEY playlists (Hot Hits UK and Today's Top Hits being the main ones) IMMEDIATELY! Not low, either. New Music Friday barely impacts anymore tbh. So as good as being top 3 on there would be, it's not essential and doesn't always work. EDIT: Oh and unless it really starts taking off in the States and on Tik Tok, I'd probably rule out a Today's Top Hits placing.

That blue one is gorgeous! I do hope the variant is as close to that as possible. I don't have this album on vinyl yet (mainly because I wasn't too big on any of the covers and a red vinyl doesn't interest me much tbh) but that blue is gorgeous.
