Not really been too much of a fan of The Killers more recent work (the last album of theirs I bought was ‘Wonderful Wonderful’ but I don’t remember loving it. But I loved his first 2 solo albums and like T-Boy, ‘The Desired Effect’ is my favourite and truly fantastic! Intrigued to hear this.

The only reason I started a vinyl collection is because I wanted the Britney 'Baby One More Time' & 'Oops...! I did It Again' picturediscs. So they were my first (I hadn't got a vinyl player until some time in 2023, I think) and that was when I purchased Britney - Glory with the new artwork and remixes on it. EDIT: Actually I think I also had 'Glory' before actually having a vinyl player! Lol. I got the player once I saw they were re-issuing all of her albums in 2023!

I thought it was really sweet and just reinforced that I find this franchise so warm and incredibly consistent. I did think the main flaw for me was that the story seemed a bit bloated and thought some of the editing was quite knee-jerky in places and I wasn’t a fan that the main set of toys were pished to the side as much as they were either (I missed the Aliens and Rex!) but overall, a really warm and nice movie.

When I'm at a festival, I just want to hear the hits in all honesty. It's awkward enough when an artist plays one new song that like 100 people in a crowd of thousands is familiar with. Save the new material for the accompanying tour. I appreciate it's your biggest slot and will showcase your music to a larger audience, but when the casuals that are there just getting high/drunk/vibing with their friends aren't engaged, is it really worth it? One or two new songs is cool, but at a festival it should be primarily the hits, imo.

In light of a recent video of Becky Hill getting booed and people leaving at the start of her set as she announces that she is only going to "perform new material" during a festival set. When at a festival, is that what you want, new material? Or do you think you are more of the kind to appreciate one or 2 new tracks but you're mostly there for "vibes" and to enjoy the stuff you are familiar with?

I didn't dislike this as much as others seem to, but I definitely didn't like it as much as I wanted to, either. In terms of modern Spielberg 'The Fabelmans', 'West Side Story' and 'Ready Player One' outsold for me.

Horrendous. I don't understand how it is as bad as it is. I have never "loved" any of these films but the first 3 have at least a handful of lols and jokes within them that we can take away, but this was just an absolute MESS and I don't think I laughed, once. Maybe a couple of chuckles but nothing more.
