I can't at this (not only being the PERFECT Top 4), but also the correct order of elimination immediately prior to the final 4. 😍 Scarlet was strong throughout the season, but didn't have any real standout moments like the Top 4 have. Choriza was best of the rest, but her style of drag doesn't translate so well on a competition setting! I'd be happy with any of them winning: LGD and Marina have the second language barrier to contend with, which was particularly impressive. Whilst Marina was definitely up there, I do feel she's the most decorated queen because she's the best lipsyncer/dancer by FAR. Based on the challenges, I'd probably place her level with Hannah and Tia (with LGD marginally lower following a couple of bombs that the others didn't really have!) Marina should win, baring in mind it's a lipsync final... But who knows what production say. 😂

Not sure on this as a Eurovision hit... But I'm never the best judge in that respect. I like it though! Preferred 'I Wrote A Song' on first listen. But can see this being a euphoric moment, and I'm sure Olly will perform the shit out of it!

Debate time! Very much disagree with this statement! By this argument, a long-running #2 hit (that's actually far more remembered over the multitude of non-number 1's that got in the way of it) with no follow up hit wouldn't meet the criteria. I would say people generally assume that the OHW was a #1, but that's because they don't follow the charts... Also, if a song suddenly surfaces (for whatever reason [featured in a film/tiktok/whatever]), it doesn't really matter that it's an oldie, just that people are discovering it and it's now charting! I mentioned Train because they had a big hit and had to wait a long time for their next big hit! (They did have a minor Top 75 hit following DOJ, but at the time, you wouldn't generally consider that a hit single!)

Train took 9 years to follow up Drops From Jupiter with a second Top 40 hit! (Then followed with another unlikely hit, 2 years later... And then another 5 years later!)

Every listen is getting better for me. And it's making me love Houdini more... Genuinely listening to the extended mix more because I don't want it to end. On repeat like nothing I've listened to in years. 11/10. Dua, I am SOLD. 😍😍

I know they're billed as "& Dua Lipa", but I see that as the new version of "feat.". I was aware Cold Heart had a CD release, actually (looks a bit pricey though, so I'll stick to Dua-lead-artist UK releases for now! 😂

Seemingly not! I must have got in there before they noticed... Houdini gets another sale it might have not had from me though! Now I'm gutted I missed out on the Houdini vinyl and Dance the Night CD. I think if I had those I'd have a complete UK singles collection, not sure if any other Dua singles got a physical release (I know a couple got German CD releases, and maybe a couple of her features had a physical release too?) Training Season is sounding great! Can't wait to hear it in full! 😍😍

(I only know this because I didn't already have the Houdini CD, so thought I'd see what happened when I added it... The existing teams have too much collective power. I'm not fully up to date with the story, but as long as they have the influence they do, no team will ever be successful: 1) Teams don't want an extra team to beat them 2) Teams don't want a reduced price pot 3) FOM don't want an uncompetitive team So you end up with FOM rejecting the teams they want, just to keep the existing ones happy...

Assume I'm ok to post in here without spoilers? Should Gauntlet just be renamed "Free 10 Points"? They've pretty much all breezed through it in both episodes, the only one not doing so being the one that sprained his leg (and that could have happened on any game...). I'm sure this one used to seem much harder, have they widened the gauntlet maybe? Other than that, loving everything else about this!

So... As much as I love Padam... I definitely prefer this! I also can't (and could never) see this hanging around to the extent PP has... And I think I've just realised why both of those thoughts are there... Tension could do easily be a new Girls Aloud single... The structure feels very Xenomania! Almost a beefed up/house version of Go to Work with catchier lyrics. And GA singles, whilst often going Top 10, were (more often than not) not exactly enduring smashes. The sort of songs that the gays (me included) LAP UP, and become cult classics, but were never really general public megahits! More than happy to be proved wrong on the latter point, but I'm grateful the Padam has allowed this to have a leg-up out the gates, and convinced BMG that it's worth putting thought into the first few weeks of its campaign (physicals/release timing etc) 😍😍

I actually really like this. Plus the chorus has been stuck in my head since I heard it in the trailer a few days ago... Not convinced it will perform much better than DSL though... Will see! Hopefully it has more legs, but I think it'll have about the same peak, so went for Top 20 on both!

If anything, I'd say that Do I Wanna Know just has misleadingly low peak! Dancefloor still *feels* like a number 1. I just think enough of their songs have stood the test of time enough for a non-chart follower to feasibly believe they had a few #1s!

I hope BMG are reading this. I would absolutely LOVE a slime-green cassette!

Vinyl I sometimes buy these, and I do occasionally listen to them. It's easy less effort to just stick the album on Alexa or my phone though! I only really but these for my absolute favourite albums (or artists), and they're expensive, so I don't buy too many! Cassettes I buy these purely because I've always loved the look of them! Any cassette single by an artist that I love (and have noticed before it sold out) I've snapped up! I have Cocoon by Ash (released 2015) and Feeder's Borders (2012 EOY #1!), but more recently picked up the Padam Padam (memories), Dua and Olivia cassettes (99p for something that looks so cool!). Contemplating the Padam mixtape too, as it looks fun! CDs I have hundreds of singles/albums, but I don't think they look particularly special and I can only really play them on games consoles. I'll only by these to support my favourite artists, and never play them! Last single in bought was Borders (again), though think I was gifted Band Aid 30? With streaming, physical music is primarily just ornamental to me! With the exception of Feeder (which I try to collect everything from... Hello 8 Torpedo sales!), I'm only interested in vinyl albums (and then, only the best ones!) and cassingles (7" are usually too much to warrant the price, especially as I can't see myself popping them in three record player to flip over after a whole one song!) It's literally all about supporting my favourite artists. I'd be disappointed if physical sales were ever excluded from the chart (at long as they're not free), as I think to go online and order even a cassette really does justify those sales/keep the chart interesting!
