The circuit was clearly designed for Moto GP, I can't see any obvious high-speed to hard breaking points for F1? Mugello surprised (with fears of a lack of overtaking), with its long straight - I can't see this managing the same. The circuit isn't a complete no hoper, maybe some tweaks for an F1 extension could help. (whilst still maintaining their Moto layout... The straight could be extended and Turn 1 sharpened, likewise Turn 10 (maybe with a little banking there?). EDIT: Oh, a new circuit is being planned for F1... NEW TILKEDROME INCOMING. :nocheer:

I know the last Tony/Gaga release only sold about 10k, but I could see die-hard fans getting this to between 10-15k with multi buying. Wouldn't be shocked to see it as a low-sale #1... The Script only have a handful of big hits, most (not all albums) seemed to have one big hit with a bunch of flops, so can't see much appetite for a hits collection from them. Do they have much of a die hard fanbase? The few big hits will, of course, ensure it has a steady Top 100 chart run due to streaming... Tony/Gaga vs Drake for #1, I think (leaning slightly towards the former). Forget I said this when my prediction ages terribly! 😂

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they should tour, or release new music or anything. That's entirely up to the Girls and their feelings. Just a little something, even if it's an insta live performance or something might be nice (if the tour was being discussed, it could be something to mark the anniversary they were discussing). As long as it celebrates Sarah and stays respectful - which I have no doubts about - I'm sure it'd be really nice!

Reading her Guardian obituary, it mentions that the Girls were planning a 20 year reunion for prior to her diagnosis... It'd be lovely if they followed that through in some way, with perhaps a montage alongside one of their songs for Sarah (or something along those lines) I've had mixed feelings today. I was pretty numb to begin with, but then remembering the impact GA had on my late teens, and seeing them live at the TEN tour, hit me. Her Loving Kind bum note will forever be the gift that keeps on giving! RIP

Still Japan/Singapore to be accounted for (I think?) and probably (at least) Brazil to be removed - with Indy being touted as a possible choice... COTA also isn't a certainty with the prevalence of covid in Texas... It's musical circuits!

I feel like the rest of the year will suffer. I can see them getting in a small selection of the big Q4 releases (mostly the - as previously mentioned in this thread - "Over 50" CDs) as impulse purchases in the Christmas gifts section, flogging off any leftovers cheapo/returning to the distributor afterwards. Kids aren't going to be asking for CDs enigh for them to worry about any others... Plus, the obvious Adele/Sheeran (probably nearly exclusively) releases.

TikTok is pretty good at tailoring your FYP to you! It very quickly works out the type of video you're liking/not scrolling straight past. Can't say I would ever know what a big TikTok hit is... My other half keeps having vids with a mashup of Toxic/Love Shack on his... But neither of those have exactly blown up. 🤣
