matto

And after plan Z you'll have to do Plan AA, Plan AB etc.

This has prompted me to make a correction on the Deandria wiki, oh my The following sentence is null and void: "Deandria have never been part of a double or triple (or more) confirmation of the same song or artist in the same contest"

Ha, I was just coming here to say I've received my first answer that I'm not sure whether to group in with some other ones or not! 😬 I might need a second opinion... EDIT: I asked my housemate He wasn't too sure either but was leaning towards grouping them together, which I've now done.

Sorry if I was splitting hairs, didn't mean to be challenging or anything. I realize it makes things easier, even if it's not all self-explanatory.

Not necessarily. I agree with having this but it's fine to ask for clarification for pretty much anything imo. One could in theory ask what counts as inappropriate language? People swear on here sometimes (including me the odd time), of course it's often censored or they switch letters around but is that inappropriate or not, for example? Or even the issue of harassment can be seen differently. My flatmate and I went to the police the first time we lived together, about our neighbour randomly threatening us several times (without us ever having had any other interactions), and they said it didn't count as harassment, even though we felt pretty harassed when he came knocking on our door to announce that he's gonna kick my flatmate's teeth in and hurling insults whenever we walked past. (They did eventually have a quick chat with him at least) I'm just saying things aren't always so clear-cut and sometimes it takes some amount of more complex navigating.

I'm sad that this entry never caught on in any way. This is something I enjoy listening to just on my own at home while vibing, and it's good to be able to share those kinds of songs in the contest. Not everything has to be so 'obvious' and 'big' sounding. The entry I've just confirmed has both male and female vocals btw. "At last we hear depth and range" was a little confusing for me 'Until Eternity' is not one of my favourites of my entries, it was nice to revisit it for this but not one I go back to otherwise. Not ruling out going back to that sound someday though, depends on the song. My entry for 190 is Estonian, I've mentioned it several times hehe.

Lol

Confirmed what is weirdly my shortest ever entry, and even more weirdly, among the shortest ever entries in the contest 😐 It'll probably make that list of the shortest entries, although not in the top end of the list as it does pass the 2-minute mark It doesn't exactly feel that short to me though 😅

Can I ask what exactly would count under 'off-topic'? I presume it's for some kind of extreme cases, as obviously that kind of thing does happen naturally sometimes but often doesn't cause a problem.

On October 7th, dandy* did say to me in a PM that he will be "away or busy for a lot of the next weeks".

Just read through this this morning, thanks for hosting and congrats Leww! Not me getting an actual 12 for my wailing banshee 😅 Thank you gooddelta! My votes: Here are the votes from Devil and Ria 😈 12 - Terror Avium | Boards of Canada - The Word Becomes Flesh 10 - Jadakillnia | Vollny - Telohranitelʹ 8 - Skelëdan | Ductape - Figures 7 - Land of Demon Wolves | Engst - Dunkelheit 6 - Ennightmare | Anastasia Rydlevskaya - Dance On My Own 5 - Percemetery | YC-CY - Stalker 4 - scarypopvarasma | One Leg One Eye - Many are my Names Besides 3 - Zombiera Continuum | Darkrad - Abnormal Love 2 - Scaeroche | Lingua Ignota - THE ORDER OF SPIRITUAL VIRGINS 1 - Witchericia | Type O Negative - Black No.1 (Little Miss Scary-All) Commiserations (in ranking order): Dobaghost | Juche - eNight Aracheiron | Marie Eidolon - Spiders SpookyLion | Siouxsie and the Banshees - Peek-A-Boo Nëilferatu | Brimheim - Into the Ooze

One more thing from me (light-hearted), I was actually going to include this in the vote reveals but didn't for some reason. I don't know if anyone remembers but I did have a dream that someone only voted for 10 songs and I had to explain the voting system. Then this happened :

I also have a whole load of reactions to my posts that I've yet to check as I was busy posting the results, as well as some other notifications haha. Fun! I always make sure to check every notification here so I will check them all now 😊

Thank you for following the results and being kind about the inconveniences, and also thank you for the points to Oval! I'm happy with 15th place for that very artsy track, and like I said above, it was also interesting to have the highest-placing song to not be in anybody's top 3 Thank you also to @blacksquare for sending me the new templates that I was able to use for this contest. It was actually quite enjoyable using it and inputting all the votes, and it telling me everything is ok / complete haha.

I agree. 'Tears Won't Tell' could've easily won in other editions. The PISS song was very powerful of course though and my 7 points to it even seems a little too low now haha.

Observations: pavi, King Rollo and dhwe finished in the same position as they were in the song list - for pavi it was 7th, for King Rollo it was 12th, and for dhwe it was 21st I, matto, had the highest-placing song (15th) that wasn't in anybody's top 3. I also came 15th with 15 voters Chez Wombat had the most 20s at 7 and the most 15s at 5. Wardy (5th place) had the most 12s at 5 J00prstar came second last but received two 12s DaTilt had the lowest-placing song (32nd) to receive a 20 NocheLuna had the lowest-placing song (30th) to receive a 15, and it also received a 12 CowTzy had the lowest-placing song (26th) to receive two 20s While Chez Wombat received seven 20s and Jade received six 20s, nobody received five or four 20s. The next-highest number of 20s was blacksquare, who received three 20s
