The next qualifier was a successful nation who made a very strong winning debut in 2011, being the top 11th country out of everyone that year, won the award for "Best newcomer" and is predicted to be one of the biggest contenders of this year. This nation failied to qualify the first time they participated, but have since then qualified each time. They haven't achieved anything special other than getting high odds, just to surprise everyone by not living up to them. So you could say they've been under the water for a bit, but I'm sure they have a plan for 2012 when they set loose their mermaids and splashes up to the air from under the water. I saw some woman with a country type hat rooting for that old hag, and I literally wanted to throw something at her for being oblivious to Lise Karlsnes' brilliance.
