I can think of 3 reasons, #3 sounds most likely;

 

1) There's an internet campaign going on to try and get it to #1

2) It was used in Britain's Got Talent at the weekend

3) People are desperate to buy Denmark's hotly tipped Eurovision 2010 entry, In A Moment Like This, but it's not on iTunes yet, so the song that it rips off will have to do for now :kink:

Im suprised Hello, Goodbye hasnt taken off more tbh. The songs performed by the entire group at the end of the episode is usually the one most sucsessful.

Rachel's version of Gives You Hell is rather fabolous though. I loved original aswell - did that manage top 10?

 

How wonderful would it be if Gives You Hell somehow got to #1 instead of Vickers. Assuming Until You Were Gone fails which unfortunetly its looking likely too.

The original got to #18, deserved far better. This one at least is top 10-bound, also first time in a while Glee will get five new top 75 entries in one week!

'Gives You Hell' was pretty weak as far as All-American Rejects singles go ('Move Along' so deserved to be huge :(), but Glee's version works tremendously.

I think the Glee version of GYH doesnt work very well- Rachels voice is WAY to screamy- its ok overall, but not a touch on the original

Welcome back thanks for the update-good to see Usher and Chipmunk rising.I get the feeling Diana have very front loaded sales.I still have hope Chipmunk can do it.Who was saying Glee would not take over the charts, that is incredible, really pleased.

I agree that it's certainly the most fitting for a Glee makeover... although I do think it was one of their best, only Dirty Little Secret ahead of it really.
