Fifth in semi 2 and just missing the top 10 in the final, it's my 12 pointer (all of my top 4 in semi 2 finished in the top 5 actually, if only the final top 5 was even 1% that good :()...

The first act to cross 100 points in semi 1 and a dear friend of mine. This is where the points start shooting up.

Fourth place in semi 2 and the points are getting a little bigger but still very close, it's our border nation...

I really thought Yu would have struggled very hard in that semi (and was still expecting something like 12th), so go him!

One if the best acts in the final imo. Rightfully it finished in the top 3.

Number three in semi-final two, based on that result I was expecting this to easily go top 10 but not quite, I guess it did have a really good semi though...

That leaves semi-final 1 between Ajanaeda and Jamvale, while semi 2 is a clash between Cumulonimbia and N DNTN. Who will win? :o

One of BJSC's newest countries join the ranks of finishing runner up. CONGRATULATIONS :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

7th in the semi, quite comfortably in the final then, even though I then bombed :cheer:

And finishing as runner up in semi-final two, after being in the lead with one vote to go (was really quite cry at it missing out at the last second)...

CUMULONIMBIA

Fuck Buttons - Surf Solar [02/15] {107 points}

Jamvale

And that means One thing, aswell as winning the final, our glorious nation of Jamvale came first in the semi too. Absolutely fantastic and totally unexpected. I never dreamed we could do it within so few contests and here we are. We would like to thank Persephonia for an Amazing contest and also would like to thank everyone who voted for Michael Woods in this final.

ONE LAST TIME, here is your winning entry.

And you may be fooled into thinking I drafted in Leww to design the following graphic but no, I made it all by myself!

Jester willing, the BJSC widget should be with you any time around NOW, James :o

All rise for the national anthem of Jamvale!

Eh close enough.

And WITH THAT, here is Salim Zosimus to officially declare BJSC LXVIII over...

"Let's make this quick as I have important foreign policy to policate foreignly. I declare this glorious contest over and wish the best of luck to the next hosts, Jamwood. *nudged by assistant* Oh sorry, Woodvale. *nudged again* JAMVALE. That's the one. Anyway bai"

FIN.

So close overall in Semi 2, the top 2 aside, would've been quite a few upsets had anyone not voted! As if Fuck Buttons did that well in the semi :o Not the sort of song I'd expect Buzzjack to massively take to, but so glad they have!

And as everyone has already said, fabulous hosting right the way through Bré, definitely the most enjoyable contest hosting wise so far this year :D

Great to see Moonwalk Away grow in so many people's affections over the course of the contest. A load of low/mid-table marks and a couple of 10's in a semi doesn't usually signify something that's going to come top five in the final :o

Bré has done an absolutely tremendous job hosting this contest, my favourite to date. ^_^

Congratulations to James on a magnificent victory~
