Seen three of these and this would be my ranking:

1 Bardem
2 Affleck
3 Seymour Hoffman

Bardem was truly terrifying at times and one of my favourite movie 'villains' of recent years. His portrayal was chilling and often made the hairs stick up on my arms! Affleck was brill in Jesse James but I think Pitt was just as good but was unfortunately snubbed pretty much everywhere sad.gif I enjoyed the eccentricity of Hoffman's character but I found the character a bit annoying tbh and certainly not one of his best roles (Capote and The Master are his two very best for me!).

Tommy Lee Jones would have made a decent nominee too but the NCFOM is really all about Bardem and his performance wub.gif
