Poor quaility.. but avaliable for free download a week today!! Josh's vocals are quite different. Not as instant as some of their older stuff, but I really like it. Can't wait to hear in HQ. |

The vocals do sound quite different but good in the chorus, my wish would be for them to bring back some heavier sreamo songs for this album but i don't see that happening. Aslong as there aren't to many songs like the awful kiss and tell i'll be happy though. |

The full version is immense.
Reminds me of a track that wouldn't sound too far out of place on Lostprophets album 'Liberation Transmition'! |

New single "Underdog" up on their MySpace is you want to check it out!
I've heard the album preview... am really looking forward to the album. Not sure what i'm going to be expecting really, I imagine much of a muchness of their debut album. Really looking forward to it all the same. |

Posted my review on the site! (:
I had big expectations for the album and it's not disappointing. Listen 3 times fully now and i'm liking it more and more. TOYC had some very strong tracks but also a couple of not so good ones (that I do like, but in the grand scheme of things they're not actually that good!). |

Downloaded this yesterday (after reading Rooney's review ) and I actually really like it!
Love 'Underdog' and 'Liquid Confidence' the most so far I think. So much better than I was expecting! |

Glad you like it! I think they're a really good band that come in from quite a bit of criticism that's unwarranted because of who their fans are and what type of music they make. It's weird, I didn't really like them at all this time last year but now I love them. I've downloaded literally every single track of theirs. When you compare some of the demos such as This Turbulence is Beautiful to something like Playing The Blame Game - the production change is absolutely massive!

Listened to this pretty much non-stop on the train journey back to uni and I genuinely think it's a brilliant album!
There aren't really any songs I dislike. My favourites would have to be the ones I mentioned earlier and 'Contagious Chemistry'. I completely get what you mean about the unwarranted criticism as well. To be honest, I'd never considered downloading anything by them until I read your review of the album (as we seem to like similar things quite a bit of the time), but after listening to 'Underdog' on youtube I realised I might actually like them! I think I'll download their debut album too, is it quite similar? This post has been edited by Cremey: 14th January 2010, 10:22 PM |

Only listened to it once so far so can't have a proper opinion yet, it sounds more mature and well produced but at a listen there seems a lack of catchy tracks like In your shoes or Gossip. I was happy to hear the shouting at the end of the consequence but it's a shame it's not Josh doing it as he did it well in their demos.
