Welcome to the semifinals of BJSC 六十二.

 

As there are an odd number of entrants, only one song has gone straight through to the final, the entry from last month's winners Daehun. You can still listen to it here if you want but make sure you don't vote for it. Not because it's a bad song (although maybe) but rather because it is not in either semifinal.

If you are in semifinal 1, you vote in semifinal 1. If you are in semifinal 2, you vote in semifinal 2. If you are Oricon, you vote in both. If you are none of the above, you may not vote. Quite simple. The semifinals are in the next 2 posts due to BuzzJack not allowing a single post to contain more than 100 image links.

 

Voting is simple - listen to all the songs and order your ten favourites (not including your own song you conceited person). Submit these in a PM to this account (*Bré) using the standard Eurovision voting system:

 

12pts // Favourite

10pts // 2nd favourite

8pts // 3rd favourite

7pts // 4th favourite

6pts // 5th favourite

5pts // 6th favourite

4pts // 7th favourite

3pts // 8th favourite

2pts // 9th favourite

1pt // 10th favourite

 

There are 28 songs in each semifinal and the 15 songs with the most points received in each will progress to the final, joining Daehun in a final of 31 songs.

 

Deadline for votes is 23:59 on the 23rd of February, 2014. If a country does not vote prior to this, that country will receive a 33% deduction from the point score of their entry, which will significantly reduce their chance of making the final.

BTW I am planning to do some recaps, hopefully for tomorrow, so pipe down Pavel.

 

Can someone test the mp3 packs and tell me if they work? I've had so much difficulty with them already so I would be sadly unsurprised if they're broken. They should be all nicely formatted and in order and whatnot.

Same with me and Semi 2! :lol: Don't remember the last time I was in the first semi. (I think this is my first time opening a semi as well)

 

I don't know most of these, which is good looking at how many vetoes there were.
