Our jury clearly need to get a grip if they though Belarus was better than Poland.

Not surprised in the slightest it topped the UK Televote though. Probably picked up a fair few points from the natives in addition to the diaspora votes.

Our #1 televote gets no points from us. Ha. (poor Poland sad.gif)

Going to delve into this a bit more, see what I can glean.

I love how Ireland's combined votes are 80% 'Western' nations. laugh.gif Makes a change!

Poland #1 in the televote but #26 with the jury! Azerbaijan last in the televote. This is perfection.

It was a big talk all over Twitter, and unsurprisingly I saw plenty of tweets from males pointing it out like it was the only redeeming feature of Eurovision.

Checking various nations, so many have Poland as #1 on the televote but the juries seemed to have hated it.. sad.gif

I think they are every year. And I'm sure the 4 San Marino jury voters who had Azerbaijan top 3 were basing it on their honest opinion ...

Georgia voted with 100% televote (their jury votes were disqualified for some reason) and they gave Conchita 10 points! Georgia!

Interesting to see the Armenian juries thrashed Austria and Azerbaijan. Seems even drag queens can't be worse than Azerbaijan though.

Austria came 2nd in their public vote though.

Wow at Azerbaijan though coming last in both juries and public vote. It seems hard to believe that's just a coincidence. Azerbaijan responded the same to Armenia.

These split votes are so interesting to read. All of the jurors in some countries have very similar ranks to each other, I thought they were supposed to be voting independently. Also I'm surprised the juries in Armenia and Azerbaijan were so obvious putting each other last at every possible time.

There isn't much political voting in Eurovision (in the actual meaning of the word political), but the exception to that is Armenia and Azerbaijan. When you're brought up from childhood to loathe people from the other country and consider them evil...yeah, there's not much that can ever overcome that.

I'm going to spend days analysing but one that made me laugh was an Irish juror who thought only Iceland was worse than Undo. laugh.gif But another had Sanna 1st!!
