Another horror which focuses a lot on social media, this time there's at least a vaguely interesting and decently executed story as well as a few legit jump scares. Def worth a watch and my favourite horror of the year so far.

 

Nothing new or groundbreaking and quite slow in a few places, but worth a watch.

I enjoyed this! Difficult to say whether I preferred it to Unfriended but at least there was more variety in this one.

I saw 'Unfriended' for the first time, the night before I went to see this and I really didn't like it much! It was just too silly and was using the shock factor just for the sake of it, without any real purpose. :lol:

 

I think that's partly why I enjoyed this one as much as I did too, because I was thinking it'd be very similar, but there seemed to be a much better story overall!

I think Unfriended was excellent and one of the few times I've genuinely felt scared during a horror film over the past few years. I defiantely understood the hype behind it!
