May 7, 20232 yr Author Stomp (6/10) + Fun and upbeat - The acting, styling and it’s a bit childish It’s the way you make me feel (9/10) + The whole vibe and Lisa’s braces - Lisa’s braces Here and now + A more mature styling - The effects look dated (but less then YBS) You’ll be sorry (6/10) + A more mature styling as well - The effects look dated
May 7, 20232 yr Author Thanks for voting :cheer: Though it seems like FTF’s votes didn’t came through?
May 9, 20232 yr Quite a mehr set of videos for me really, this era. None of them really have that replay-ability! H being super annoying in Stomp doesn’t help much either.
June 16, 20232 yr 7 - Stomp - In a way the video reminds me of Summer of Love, with all the dancers, but I find this one to be slightly less effective. I think I enjoyed this video more as a child than I do now. Maybe an odd comment but there's something *very* year 2000 about the way it looks! It's cute. The rush for them to tidy up when the party's over is fun. 9 - It's the Way You Make Me Feel - honestly until last year I don't think I realised it was actually a scene-by-scene replication of a movie! I just thought they were somewhat randomly wanting to do a period setting video. I think it stands out in their run of videos for this reason. The big dance scene in the ball room looks great. The anachronism of Lisa with her blue hair streaks and braces is quite funny. 7 - Here and Now - Enjoyable! Not really sure there's much more to say. The effects are dated but they don't detract from the video overall. It's another "very early 2000s" looking video, I don't think anyone would make videos like this anymore. 7 - You'll Be Sorry - Same with this one really. I like that they've gone for a more edgy look here, suits the song down to the ground.
