9 - Chain Reaction - for me it's up there with their classic videos. Just like Tragedy with its wedding theme, I thought the hospital theme for this video was pretty inspired - and it makes it memorable. It would have been a 10 for me if they didn't abandon that concept half way through though - nevertheless, I like the dance routine portion of the video enough that I'd only dock one mark.

4 - Words Are Not Enough - entertained me as a child, nowadays I think it's ok but with such little involvement from Steps I couldn't score it too highly. It's kind of like Heartbeat in a way, just with animation.

6 - Hard 2 Forget - In the words of Atomic Kitten, it's ok!

5 - One for Sorrow (Remix) - I agree that it's too American. This video is like... everybody involved didn't have faith that the true essence of Steps would work in the US, so they tried to strip that back and fit into the mould of early 2000s popstars like Britney, Christina, NSYNC etc. The video is so much like many other videos from that time period, that they just don't stand out. Sometimes I wonder if they'd approached the US market being totally unapologetically themselves, whether they'd have stood out more and actually done better. Still, I gave an "average 5" score to this video because I don't think it's bad per se, it's competent.

Me too! Though I don’t think they would’ve become the (touring) success in the UK.

Thanks Pippa :)
