As per their fanmail release they'll be using the name 'The Krackpots' for this release ('Proper Christmas') and there's going to be no swearing so it appears the idea this year is to actually get played on the radio then (and to get an actual Christmas song to Christmas #1 again)
Also it uses the same backing tune and melody as 'f*** The Tories' from last year lol |

Here's the video, still unclear why they're going for the earlier release date lol. I'm not sure how well this will do... there isn't much of a "hook" behind it like the others had. We know LadBaby won't be #1, and it's not trying to a get a political message in the chart. It's just a fairly standard Christmas song.

I'm not sure I can see this even going Top 100 unless they have decent Bandcamp sales we don't know about! Their two big hooks of beating LadBaby and it being political have gone.

made absolutely no sense to not target xmas week so not surprised this’ll likely do nothing
although even next week it’d probably have flopped too, clearly there’s not much point in getting behind a song of theirs with no political message |
