Surprised this hasn’t been posted yet but the video for Push 2 Start is out and she continues to show how much of a star she is. Very much Crazey In Love Meets Shut Up and Drive vibes with the video :wub:

 

She performed it at the MTV EMAS also

 

 

That track should be a MASSIVE hit. Hope it takes off after Christmas in the Northern Hemisphere. It's Summer in South Africa so it's gonna match the vibe when I'm there in a couple of weeks, gonna play this NON-STOP.

There's a dance challenge that's going viral on TikTok at the moment. The song is currently top 20 on Spotify and Apple Music here in SA

She really is a STAR. I've said it a hundred times before but she just screams this generation's Rihanna (but admittedly a far better dancer :kink:). And totally agree about the P2S video - very Shut Up and Drive meets Jessica Simpson's These Boots Are Made For Walkin' (though I'm sure the latter wasn't intended inspo haha).

 

Also, it's a little bit disgusting she received no noms at next year's Grammys. :mellow: I wonder if her calling them out this year rubbed the panel up the wrong way. :unsure:

Great to see PUSH 2 START charting on Spotify in many countries despite all the Christmas and Kendrick songs. I hope the momentum carries into January! It got added to Today's Top Hits the other day but only #29

 

Annoyingly, it charted at #11 in South Africa when the video was released. Not sure if it will climb higher but it's now Tyla's 2nd #11 hit here ('ART' reached the same position) :cry:

P2S is really gonna leap up this week! What an anthem to start the New Year.

Hoping it'll rise in the playlists once it charts in various countries this week reaching new peaks in places. Should be safe for top 40 in the UK, may even be as high as in the 20s!

Also top 40 in New Zealand and charts in a number of other countries. Hoping it may have a chance of charting on the Hot 100 in the coming weeks as well as it's been gaining in airplay in the US and its streaming has had a notable uptick. *_*

I found 'Water' really quite irritating, this is waaay better for me!
