It’s not the first time that Katy was accused of sexual assault. Remember that guy from the music video for “Teenage Dream”?

Police in Australia say they have opened an investigation into allegations made by actress Ruby Rose, who earlier this week accused pop star Katy Perry of sexually assaulting her in a Melbourne nightclub more than a decade ago.

Not to mention her marriage with a certain British comedian who was accused of similar things.

No wonder she is was the first to work with Dr. Luke still in 2024..

There’s just so much (re)surfacing at this point, it’s clear she has a long history of overstepping personal boundaries and disregarding consent: The 14yo fan on stage, the American Idol teen auditionee she forced a kiss on, Anna Kendrick’s story, groping Justin Bieber when he was a teen, that Teenage Dream video actor’s claims… probably more but they’re just off the top of my head.

My entire feed is filled with old videos of her with moments where she has been all over someone in the past as people come out of the woodwork to add fuel to the fire. She is apparently being investigated by the police with regards to the aforementioned incident. A really messy situation that I hope is resolved quickly and with honesty from all parties! 😞

That last quote from the spokesperson is beyond icky.

For some reason I always thought this went to #1 in the US. Such a great song though. I think it’s my favourite from her.

I don't think it really could've been, it was a 3rd single from the album and got all the necessary exposure from Radio 1 etc. I just think interest was a bit low, and it didn't exactly do much in any other country.

"Thinking Of You" deserved to chart higher than its peak of #27. Could've been a top 10 single if it were promoted more.

It's a nice song! Albeit rather vocally strained.

If I remember correctly she was meant to perform this on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway but ended up singing 'Waking Up In Vegas;'.

I've noticed that "Teenage Dream" has now done just over 8 years in the top 100 albums.

This is my favourite Katy song so I am absolutely here for it getting a proper 2nd wind! I hear various versions of it on Tik Tok (slowed down male covers etc..) but I need more people to appreciate it’s beauty in original form.

This is one of her very best for me I always associate this song with breaking her crazy streak of #1s in the U.S... what an era
