I think she will beat the sales of Golden live and should give her a chance of going top 10 and ideally top 10 next week will be lower in general which would help her if she is in with a chance.

I agree, from that point on her tours kept getting bigger and bigger and she really became a powerhouse live performer delivering excellent shows.

I feel like Intimate and Live was the first tour that really stands out in her touring career. From there she just went from strength to strength.

I’m saying Top 10 based on the sales of Golden Live, I think it could open with similar sales based on the multi formats, the profile Kylie has rebuilt since Golden and the fact this tour generally seems to have been better received.

I want to be positive by living in hope of it scrapping the Top 10 but have a feeling it might be low top 20 but i have voted Top 10 in hope.

That tour hasnt aged well like many from the same time and i mean from a staging presentation point of view, everything was so much more simple back then.

I think over the years i have come to understand more why it didnt go top 5 even though i so wanted to, her popularity was in decline and alot of her fanbase couldnt get used to sexy Kylie and still wanted the girl next door Kylie. But thankfully the song has held up well over the years.

I always understand why people would not like the song as its just one of those type of songs that you love or hate. It was never my favourite song on the album but I always really liked but it had tough competition on the album as its full of great songs, It goes down so well at concerts and Kylie always performs it very well.

It's from an insider source. Sales were 14k as of June 2009 and 11k in ten years seems reasonable.

I absolutely hated this 25-26 years ago. My sister had the Light Years album and she'd play this song non stop, it drove me up the wall. Now though? I actually quite like it, it's really grown on me.

I didnt know about this, thanks for sharing, a TOTP performance back then usually did help in the charts so there probably was a good chance it would have went top 5 (and deservedly so) had it been aired. I think songs like this and the others from rhythm of love and many of the lets get to it songs show how hard Kylie must have pushed to progress her sound, wasnt it one of the first times that PWL allowed people outside the pwl team to be involved with the music.
