Aw Mutya! I love that she has enough distance from the whole thing to say what everyone else is thinking, and she is one of few qualified to actually do it. A 1.0 reformation is a total pipedream but what a one it is. Been Listening to One Touch Round (and) Round (lol) the last couple of days. Its like a Remedy from all this $h!t news. However, Keish and Mut could collab, or even Mut and Siobhan? Was that Fallin single due out ages ago? The version i remember kicking around was even worse than that one tbf, it sounds slightly less 90s garage than before at least, but it still sounds more dated than one touch. Her own Stuff better be more "Song4Mutya" than this turd :(

Mutya's manager has officially confirmed that she has been speaking to Siobhan and Keisha again, and a reunion of the original Sugababes could be on the cards! Mutya has been doing her best to resolve things between Siobhan and Keisha, and she'd love for them to record an album once more.

 

I've got to say that I'm much more excited about the prospect of the girls getting back together again than the new line-up. The way in which Keisha was simply kicked out of the band by Crown is incredibly unfair, and shows how disloyal Heidi and Amelle are. I don't mean to hate on them, but I don't think I can forgive them for the way they've treated Keisha, and let's be frank - it's not even the Sugababes anymore.

According to Mutya’s management, she’s been speaking to ex-bandmates Keisha and Siobhan about a possible reunion of the original Sugababes.

 

After Keisha was forced to leave the girl group for unknown reasons this week, the current Sugababes line-up has no original members.

 

Mutya has been very positive towards the idea of a Sugababes 1.0 reunion, and I believe, that if something materializes, it could be pretty amazing. For any of you that haven’t heard Sugababes’ first and highly underrated album “One Touch” – we urge you to give it a listen to pay tribute to what Sugababes once stood for – the music.

If Mutya Keisha and Siobhan got back together that would be beyond amazing, it'd be so awesome for them to go back to the very start again...sadly i can't see Siobhan getting back together with them, but you never know!! honestly as long as its keisha and mutya i dont care who the third member is.

Okay, let's be realistic here. Keisha, Mutya & Siobhan wont reform the original Sugababes lineup. And this is coming from someone who isn't a fan. :lol: That Siobhan person has made it perfectly clear that she can't work with Keisha due to personal issues. Secondly, they're all completely different. Keisha will probably do some sort of RnB/Pop material, Mutya has some sort of dance record out atm (or am I wrong?) and Siobhan is doing something totally different, I can't imagine her conforming into a generic girl band singing pop hits.

 

And even if they did reform, know one would buy their music, they where $h!t the first time round tbh/imo. :lol:

I think the best thing is for Mutya, Siobhan and Keisha to have lunch together and TALK about the past & try to resolve it. This means ALL ladies involved being honest with eachother. No mud-slinging via the press, because they will take your sh*t out of context and/or even make it up. Let the ladies talk it out and see where we go from there.

 

I would love to see a paparazzi shot with the three of them in their jeans, t-shirts, shades, etc having coffee at Starbucks and just getting on.

 

I think an original reunion would be HUGE. It's got everyone talking, and whether you like each girl or not - their individual voices are brilliant & have grown so much. As have their music tastes, so it would be interesting just to see what type of sound they'd go for.

 

 

Why don't they just wait a few years until Heidi has reached her expiry date, and recreate Sugababes 2.0 (the best IMO)?

Because Keisha and Mutua no longer have interest in being friends with Heidi (and Amelle, for that matter) and there's more chance of them reforming with Siobhan than the other girls...which, let's face it, is the only reason people are even talking about Siobhan now.

 

Although, I actually happen to think a 1.0 reunion would be great.
