Jamie - Get It On 5.5

Definitely the Power Station version of the Marc Bolan (T-Rex) song. As I think the greatest ever Talent show reality programmes was VH1's Rockstar:INXS. I have to say that was nowhere near the standard required. That was pub singer trying to be Lenny Kravitz glorified karaoke, and he is clearly limited in the vocal department.

Agree with all of that, he would not have got to the final stages of RockStar INXS, he is not a patch on someone like JD Fortune

Agreed:

JD Fortune - The Letter

But since when has the man who passed on signing the Spice Girls; dropped Kylie Minogue; turned down the song Hit Me Baby One More Time for 5ive, etc known what talent is.

Lloyd Daniels: 'Cry Me a River'

So now it's time sfor Eoghan... ooops I meant Lloyd!

AWFUL! MONOTONOUS! BORING! IRRITATING! EURGH! - So he'll come Top 5 then! John & Edward may actually be quite good! :drama: DISASTROUS PERFORMANCE ACTUALLY!

Lloyd - That was painful to listen, did not click with me, its bland as a water tap dripping. 1/10
Lloyd :: Oh dear. The first really bad performance of the night, the interesting bits of the song were cut out because he couldn't cope, and most of the notes were flat. I was hoping to be proved wrong, and that he was really good as I like him, but that was poor. 4/10

Llyod: Wow...shock of the century....I actually kinda liked this....he completely went over my head until now.....but I thought that was a good performance. I definitely don't think he deserves being likened to the horrid Eoghan Quigg :puke2: 7/10

I'm surprised I liked this........since I couldn't even remember his name :P

Lloyd - Cry Me A River 2.5

That performance was about as good as Cheryl's husband's header in to the back of his teams own net tonight. That was flat, tuneless and stiff. The judges are clearly working from a script because if they had actually actually LISTENED to that performance they would have slaughtered it, because it stank.

at least they don't need to play a cheap backing track for Footprints In The Sand, Simon will have it handy on a disc

Well that showed Lucie is not quite there yet. Song was a bit too big for her but she did well.

Not as good as Stacey though.

Lucie Jones: 'Footprints in the Sand'

She still reminds me of Effy from 'Skins' :heehee:

She was good. but it's not the right range for her :( Still a decent performance, but the song was very badly edited  It seemed shorter than the others songs!

WTF LOUIS? Leona was ILL on her first show, but it was one of my fave's from her!

Lucie :: Not her best performance, vocally, but it was better of everyone else tonight, maybe along with Stacey. I really love her, and tonight has just reminded me exactly why I love her, she played it a bit safe, and she didn't hit the notes, but it was still amazing. 9.5/10

I love Lucie  she's my favourite singer in the competition.

Lucie - Footprints In The Sand 8.5

Despite covering that snorefest of a Leona Lewis tune, it was a classy performance. Made unintentionally entertaining by her battling to control her hair going in her mouth thanks to the wind machine. But it highlighted the fact she is not Leona Lewis vocally.

Lucie - I love Lucie  great performance in my eye. 9/10

Lucie will just grow and grow, she just played safe in her first week, the right move, not excellent but she pulled it off
