Nope, the peak of 14.8m viewers has been registered between 8pm-8.15pm, exactly the time Cheryl performed.

Last record was held by Alexandra on last year X Factor finale (14.6m).

Ahhhh been away for weekend, just seen cheryls performance, proper stunning. Always fantastic when people declare so happily that someone will flop and their performance will be car crash and it turns out they were chattin crap. And then people wonder why cheryl is so popular.

My guess would be ~80k for Alex, with Cheryl a little under 200k.
