Posted October 21, 200915 yr Chipmunk 'wants Saturdays collaboration' http://images.digitalspy.co.uk/09/28/160x120_chipmunk.jpg Oli Simpson - Chipmunk has said that he wants to work with The Saturdays, according to reports. The 18-year-old rapper beat the girl group to the top of the singles chart on Sunday, scoring his first number one with 'Oopsy Daisy'. Chipmunk told the Daily Star: "When I heard we were coming out on the same day as The Saturdays, I was nervous. "We are going to be working together - gimme one of their verses and I'm gonna kill it." Of his newfound fame, the star added: "I was just not expecting this. For me, having a number one single is a turning point for rappers, rhymers, MCs in general." I really hope this doesn't happen, the girls need to stay as far away from these in chav artists as possible. Una shouldn't have to drop to Amelle's level/"Never Leave You". She did mention on Radio 1 that she does like the idea of it though, she better just change her mind then because this would be completely tragic TBH.
October 21, 200915 yr OOO Yes please :D And Never Leave You is a brilliant song. Although I do prefer the version with Bashy and Double S.
October 21, 200915 yr OOO Yes please :D And Never Leave You is a brilliant song. Although I do prefer the version with Bashy and Double S. You do that's Tinchy Strider not Chipmunk? Or are you tryna' compare a collab with a rap and pop artist? Anyways, one word for this- NO! :arrr:
October 21, 200915 yr No thank you. I wonder how we feel about their gay fans buying it. ^_^ Actually I'd like to see it happen just for that reason and watch the silly little boy squirm.

Anyways, one word for this- NO! :arrr: Of course I know that's Tinchy Stryder, I was merely commenting on fantastique saying this in the first post I really hope this doesn't happen, the girls need to stay as far away from these in chav artists as possible. October 21, 200915 yr YES PLEASE! :o I think if it was a Sats song, and then he just rapped a bridge or something before the last chorus, it could work, very well! I'm interested in hearing something actually :o
October 21, 200915 yr A Vanessa lead vocal with him could be cool. A song of a similar vibe to Oopsy Daisy would be amazing.
October 21, 200915 yr Oh god! I can't believe some of you are complaining! It's not like Chipmunk hasn't had a #1 single and a #2 album, both of which outpeaked their current efforts, so I'm sure a remix of one of their songs with him would do WONDERS! Edited October 21, 200915 yr by Theo Aloud
October 21, 200915 yr Author Oh god! I can't believe some of you are complaining! October 21, 200915 yr Well I for one, will be interested to see what The Sats & Chipmunk come out with. I think working with Chipmunk might not be all that bad.
October 21, 200915 yr YES PLEASE! :o I think if it was a Sats song, and then he just rapped a bridge or something before the last chorus, it could work, very well! I'm interested in hearing something actually :o Yeah it's most likely going to be a remix of a single with Chipmunk doing a rap over one of the verses. I wonder if it'll be Ego.
October 21, 200915 yr I'd be in full support of this. Chipmunk's back catalohue may not be the most impressive though the likes of Oopsy Daisy are brilliant. Imagine how sucsessful this could be for them aswell :)
