Thanks for the votes. Compiling the last few sets now, still waiting on XVII nominations from Jack. While I'd really like them, I'm tempted to include his other nominations even if I don't get them. It seems a waste to have nominations for the other nine contests to go unused. :(

I've decided to count Jack's votes as, actually, no matter what he nominated, the outcome would be the same. There were x amount of songs way ahead of the pack that 10 tie preak points or 2 nomination points wouldn't bridge. The only thing his nominations could have changed was the auto qualifier of that contest but, luckily, the same x amount of songs that were way ahead all made the final anyway.

 

As if by magic, after the nominations leader from each contest, we have exactly 15 songs above a certain tie break total across all contests to make the final of 25 as planned.

 

There are contests with only the one qualifier, while others have as many as four! There are there are shocks, surprises, unexpected and predictable qualifiers.

Well we said you have to nominate in all contests you took part in and he accidentally left out XVII with his, but it doesn't matter now anyway.
