December 30, 200915 yr Love 'Don't Let It Go To Your Head' but i really feel that as much as i love the album the 'Battlefield' era is really over  The album only spent 5 weeks in the UK charts and neither single so far has troubled the Top 10 - Such a shame  Battlefield (the single) actually sold over 200k in the UK, so thats a great achievement even though it didnt go top10
December 30, 200915 yr Battlefield (the single) actually sold over 200k in the UK, so thats a great achievement even though it didnt go top10 That was a great achievement its just a shame the success of the single didn't translate into album sales that the record company would be satisfied with :(
December 31, 200915 yr I'm guessing this will flop hard with no promotion, video or airplay? :( Shame, I love the song.
December 31, 200915 yr You mean this is being fully relesead on January 10th? Dear god. Why? No video, promo or airplay. No one is going to know it exists...
December 31, 200915 yr You mean this is being fully relesead on January 10th? Dear god. Why? No video, promo or airplay. No one is going to know it exists... I know. No Top of the Pops, no Smash Hits magazines.... R.I.P to an excellent song. Happy New Year guys!
January 13, 201015 yr :( Can't believe there's no video :(. Rumour has it No Parade is the 3rd US single... will be interesting. Glad we get Landmines in the UK, up on Spotify now btw
January 13, 201015 yr I love 'No Parade' it's my favourite from the album. Doubt it will set the Hot 100 on fire though. :(
January 13, 201015 yr ^ yeh, its a decent song but not strong enought to be released after what would be classed as a 'mainstream flop'. They need something strong to back up her only flop and make sure it dosent happen again in the near future, or with this era at least. It will take at least another two singles to get the album sales up to around 500k in the states. I think NP could do well at Adult Contemporary radio in the U.S but something more upbeat should be sent to mainstream. Then NP might crossover... As for the UK, this 'current single' should have just been classed as a promo single, they should release Emergency 911 here as the next single since SOS seemed a success. January 13, 201015 yr Massive mistake with this one. Emergency, The Cure or It Takes More could have been massive, :(
January 13, 201015 yr Nothings going to be a hit now unfortunately. :( She should just move onto the next album really.
