Why have a rule that you cannot nominate your own entry, if you then don't deduct points from countries who fail to vote as it penalises those members who took the time and trouble to listen to the tracks to vote.

Jerick didn't say a penalty. He said they should "Automatically DNQ" which isn't fair on the people who like the songs so much. Like I'd be majorly pissed off if a certain country failed to qualify with certain songs just because they have started Uni and have a life now. Like I said, Give them a deduction, fine. But Automatically DNQ?
