The Script have a big lead not sure if they are big physical sellers.Alex is up to No 5 and Alesha up to 20.McFly struggling to go Top 40, not much of a chart battle going on at all.

 

Lets hope Mcfly share a similar fate in the UK (though I doubt it). No surprise at how well The Script are doing and it looks like Alex will be getting another top 10. :yahoo:

McFly don't seem bothered about the Irish chart at all. They've been telling their fans the song is ready for download at midnight tonight. So some Irish fans may be confused and waiting, but even so I'm not suprised that its flopping. No signing or promotion over there either. Its doubtful that it will chart the same way in the UK.

I think at this stage most know that songs are released three days earlier in Ireland.

What a big shock that The Script are number one on Irish iTunes :kink:

 

It's about as shocking as Tinie Tempah, Dizzee Rascal & Chipmunk getting to No.1 on UK iTunes

McFly never really chart high in the Irish charts, do they?

They have with the couple of decent songs they've had

Dont think The Script will be quite as successful over here, but probably top 10

 

Alesha and McFly doing really bad- I am convinced Start Without You will do very well as it seems to be very hyped, and I really hope Linkin Park do better than that over here :cry:
