Following the recent scandal involving threats issued against Queen of Eledan, Jonna Lee launched an international anti-violence charity campaign called 'It's not me, it's Ü'.

 

"My goal is to tell people it's not their fault when someone does or wants to do something bad, physically or mentally, to them. However, I also don't want to condemn anyone. Everyone has their own [mental] issues and I'm not the one to judge people. I just want to help those in real need of help", said Jonna at the press conference dedicated to the campaign launch.

 

The promotional videos have been sent to more than 50 broadcasters in 35 countries all across the world.

 

"This is only the beginning. Myself and Eledan want to make a real difference".

For the first time since BJSC55 EBJSCC is contemplating returning to the 'risky' sound that Elëdan are primarily known and loved for. The current frontrunner for the BJSC65 entry has been described as 'experimental industrial eleganza'. EBJSCC decided that the song that used to be the primary candidate to represent the country in the upcoming contest was too safe and not "Elëdan enough", therefore it's now been officially removed from the shortlist.

All of this defeatism re: your track is making me want to vote for it just to prove you wrong that we're all too basic to appreciate it. There's some clever reverse psychology at play here (but maybe not now that I've mentioned it 'oops' :P).

 

Anyway I'll keep an open mind as I've yet to hear it :D.
