Posted November 19, 200915 yr http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/showbiz/news/a...nd-too-far.html what a VILE person.... in an age where poverty is rife, tv ads begging for money to help sick, starving or abused kids, this piece of SCUM yet again insists of wasteing money on completely nothing! theres something wrong with the world where this sort of behaviour is accepted. its simply OBSCENE.
November 19, 200915 yr Author "According to the Daily Mail.." enough said. probably over-exagerated. if its untrue then she can sue.... and lets face it, it isnt the first time shes behaved in this way... its times like these that i hope im wrong about divine retribution, answering to god for our choices in life...
November 19, 200915 yr  She's not a diva, she's a spoilt brat! Don't know what planet she's living on but it's certainly not Earth!
November 19, 200915 yr I wish they woul replace the kittens with hungry lions so that hopefully they would eat the witch
November 19, 200915 yr Celebrities like Pariah Scarey are like terrorists except they’re more successful in their negotiations. If a bank robber with hostages had the same list of demands, there would be no less than 15 snipers ready to shoot them in the head the minute they go near a window. Can you feel my love for this woman?
November 20, 200915 yr I've never liked Simon Cowell, but anyone who can basically dictate terms to little Miss Diva Panties Pariah in the way that he did (ie, to basically TELL her "if you do Strictly Come Dancing, you can fukk right off if you think you're getting on X-Factor") has, on one level, kind of got my grudging respect..... Well done sir, on this one occasion for actually being able to put that shockingly AWFUL bint in her place...... And you all know just how much I hate Cowell, so can anyone even imagine how much I must utterly DETEST Pariah.......

November 20, 200915 yr Sorry but how exactly is this topic fulfilling the forum's criteria of "Thought provoking and controversial issues." We all know and expect this from Mariah, and this story is just part 24561 in the 'Mariah is a c**t' saga. I dont really see what there is at all to debate?

I dont really see what there is at all to debate? try the use of wealth in a world where poverty is rife... ask yourself the question should these diva creatures be wasteing money... its pretty obvious really but you just want to take a cheap shot... <_<
November 21, 200915 yr Sorry but how exactly is this topic fulfilling the forum's criteria of "Thought provoking and controversial issues." We all know and expect this from Mariah, and this story is just part 24561 in the 'Mariah is a c**t' saga. I dont really see what there is at all to debate? In case you hadn't noticed, a little while back we also had a debate on whether or not Pop/Rock artists or film stars should still be idolised even after committing criminal acts... I guess that wasn't strictly within the remit either, but I still say it was a worthwhile debate... We also did one on Roman Polanski.... I guess you think that debate should have been had in the Cinema Forum I take it... The point is, is that this is a very obvious and very vulgar display of wealth, and also there's the side-issue on how this "diva" is making an ELECTED local authority run around like headless chickens dancing to her fukkin' tune, indulging her every whim..... Now, come on, this is just OUT OF ORDER..... -_-
November 22, 200915 yr Do you know what she said about starving children: "Whenever I watch TV and see those poor starving kids all over the world, I can't help but cry. I mean I'd love to be skinny like that but not with all those flies and death and stuff." What a stupid bint!
November 22, 200915 yr Do you know what she said about starving children: "Whenever I watch TV and see those poor starving kids all over the world, I can't help but cry. I mean I'd love to be skinny like that but not with all those flies and death and stuff." What a stupid bint! The sad thing is I suspect she actually meant it to come out the way it sounds. If someone like Ricky Gervais or Jo Brand had said it, it would have been taken as a njoke, albeit one in questionable taste. However, I suspect Mariah didn't mean it in an ironic way.
November 22, 200915 yr try the use of wealth in a world where poverty is rife... ask yourself the question should these diva creatures be wasteing money... its pretty obvious really but you just want to take a cheap shot... <_< But really, I'm not seeing how this is at all linked to poverty? It's not like these so called demands (though I'm not sure I'd believe the doves and kittens bit was a real demand, let alone a serious one) are taking away from people who need help. Westfield weren't exactly going to give the money to charity and the extreme request wasn't fulfilled anyway. Even if they were all true (which I can't see), with the exception of the slightly cruel animals requests, I don't see the fuss. Surely any extra costs for the car, confetti, security (though I expect she has some of her own) etc. would have been made up by the extra coverage of her appearance and also the amount of extra potential customers in their store. Apparently it was packed. I think this would have been more fitting in the Lounge or the Mariah Carey forum, unless it was created so you lot could have a grumble at the 'awful' Mariah Carey as I suspect.

November 23, 200915 yr I am by no means Mariah's biggest fan, but it annoys me everytime this quote gets whipped out when she never actually said it... http://www.snopes.com/quotes/carey.asp This goes back to the old problem of not being able to prove a negative. Snopes doesn't actually prove she didn't say it (that would be impossible), it just raises doubts. Even if she didn't say it, the point is that a lot of people can believe that she is capable of making such a crass remark. As I said before, it is also possible to imagine someone lick Ricky Gervais saying the same thing but at least anyone who knows anything about Gervais would realise he didn't mean it.

November 23, 200915 yr I don't get all the Mariah hate in this thread and generally in society. How can people hate someone they don't know? Jealousy I suspect cos she's rich. She's a wealthy woman so why can't she demand what she wants.? I'd do the same and ask for what I wanted if I was rich and so would most of you. People can refuse her demands but why shouldn't she make them. If she wanted white kittens then so long as none of them got hurt let her have them. Calling her vile and scum is just not on. Leave her alone for God's sake. It's her money, she's earned it so can spend it how she likes. It's not as if she's asking for these unusual things for nothing is it?
