So it's George Michael week, and you cover an Elton John song. That aside, the best performance of the week. Shows how poor this series has been when all four of the judges stand up to applause after clearly struggling on some of the notes.... despite an otherwise strong vocal performance.

 

 

My goodness I honestly think Ruth Lorenzo or Diana Vickers if she did not get her throat infection could have walked this year to victory.

Lloyd - 5- Feeble, surely it’s time for him to go now?!

 

Stacey - 7- One of her better performances imo, and with her being the last female standing is a shoo-in, for the final.

 

John & Edward - 5 - By far, their most confused performance to date. There wasn’t enough energy, and perhaps the joke is wearing thin now.

 

Danyl - 4 - It’s curtains for Danyl now after a very awkward performance of George Michael’s signature track. Simon was right he shouldn’t have attempted it.

 

Olly – 6 – Again another disappointing performance, especially vocally, but his performance should carry him through.

 

Joseph – 10 – Ladies and Gentlemen we have a winner. Absolutely superb. <3

Of course it was :rolleyes: ......... that is why Danyl's odds on elimination tomorrow on Betfair are 13/2 and shortening, whilst Stacey's are 50/1 and Joseph's are 100/1.

Danyl plus either, Lloyd, or Jedward, will be the bottom 2, for sure. :)

there's only one winner for me here based on this week...although Stacey's good too :D

My rating:

 

Lloyd-6/10- For once it wasnt terrible, he did good, but i still think he NEEDS to go

Stacey- 7/10- Not as good as last week, but still good, should be safe

Jedward- 7/10- Surpisingly not as entertaining as normal, but they should get through

Danyl- 5/10- yes- he was worse than lloyd! worst of the night and is likely to be in trouble

Olly- 8/10- Very good as always, but its still not the best of him, but should be safe

Joe-9/10- Comfortably the best of the night and his best, sailing through to the quarter finals

 

Bottom 2 should be Lloyd and Danyl- with Lloyd going even though he was better- but it would be interesting if it went to deadlock again- imagine the outcry :lol:

Considering Stacey is the only one girl left in the competition, I would like to see a bottom 2 between Danyl x Lloyd decided by deadlock as chart wizard suggested. :D

1. Joe - One of the best perormances this year, he's definately in the final. 9.5

2. Stacey - Not as good as last week, but still great, she'll get through this week easily. 8.5

3. Danyl - He's growing on me! I'm starting to really like his voice, but I think the news stories will stop him from getting to the final (irrespective of whether they're right or wrong). 7

4. Olly - I can't see why he's the favourite, I thought that was awful. He'll be in the final for sure, but I hope he gets back to how he was in the first few weeks of the show. 6

 

5. Jedward - I didn't find this as good as they're previous performances, I think they'll be in trouble. 5

6. Lloyd - Bland this week, which is a bit annoying seeing as he improved last week. I can't see him being bottom two as he'll get the rebound vote. 3.5

 

Bottom two'll be Danyl and Jedward, I think.
