I heard it about twice but that was a few weeks back when it was announced as the follow to happy, so on the whole it doesnt seem to have got much radio support, but i agree with you a performance on the late late show could fix all that and also give the album a good sales boost aswell.

I cant say I've heard IGY once! I also think its absolutely ridiculous that there has not been one visit to Ireland since BL performance on Late Late Show.

Absurd! They can't expect our charts just to mimic the UK all the time with no effort. Happy AND Echo both failed to top Irish charts - which is ridiuclous. It should be a safe Leona market but they are even messing that up!

YA its looks like they are taking the irish market for granted and that the irish will be happy to read about her UK promo, the irish market is still huge potential for leona to do well in but a but like shakira she is ignoring her irish fans.
Hopefully when she's here for the tour, there is some promo lined up as well :)

My feelings exactly. Granted, there are UK promo platforms that will have an effect on Irish sales too, X Factor for an obvious example, but they should still make a bit more of an effort over here, a Late Late performance at least. Both Alex and JLS have been on so I can't see why they can't schedule her an appearance.

And yeah, Ryan, I was thinking we should hopefully get something when she's over in June.

Definitly so i dont know hwy they feel Ireland doesnt warrant any promo, if she promoted her the singles would do better and also the echo album may have also went number 1.

right i was just looking at my tv schedule and i read the info on leona lewis under the skin it says "Leona reveals wich tracks make him tick" :L ahahahaa i couldnt stop laughing <3

(: I got you is up to number 12 on itunes everyone :D <3 woooo

It's doing brilliant on iTunes! Just imagine if Radio 1 had put it on A-List, it might be in the top 5. But it's still doing far better than anyone expected.

I can't believe how well this has done, shows you radio 1 support isn't everything. I have only heard this on radio 1 once and that was on the chart show. I have listened to daytime weekday radio 1 a lot recently and not one spin, yet they are still playing britney's 3 every couple hours each day.
woop #14!! perfectly respectable position. go leona

Happy with that all things considered. :) Deserves higher but I'll live with it.
I'm very glad with that position, I wasn't even expecting it to reach top 20! :)
I hope it rises by next week, it's doing well on iTunes, so hopefully it'll rise. Oh, and it's helped the album jump back up to #47 this week :w00t:

Really? I only heard them play it on the chart show.

I dont get what radio one are playing at

there usually quite supportive , but there being idiots with the whole echo era , they didnt play happy that much either! :/

why did she release this song though, its really not exciting at all! i am a huge leona fan she is a regular #1 on my personal chart but i am suprised it even made #14!

That is what I am saying, radio 1 have really snubbed I Got You. As soon as this falls out of the top 20, they probably won't even play it on the chart show.

I meant 3.

I meant 3.

Right well if you ever listen to Fearne, Greg or Scott's shows they were playing 3 quite a lot last month.
