The "demo" version that you heard was the live version. 3OH!3 were in the actual demo :P

I'm pretty sure there was an earlier demo than the one which featured 3OH!3 though...

 

The first demo of 'Blah Blah Blah' I've got doesn't feature them and is most certainly not live. I think there must've been a couple of leaked demos for it.

I heard 'Blah Blah Blah' a few weeks ago and I thought it was great. I listened to 'Your Love Is My Drug' today after being pestered and oh my god, why isn't it the second single?!??!

Yes, there was a 3OH!3-less demo, I've got it and it certainly isn't live... She's much more mouthy and rough in it :wub: The studio version is much more refined

I do see where you are coming from, but I love it and based on US iTunes, it is not a problem with the public

 

Pokerface is better then anything released in the past two years, and Just Dance is better then anything on Kesha's album (and just because there is one similiar sound in the song doesn't make them sound alike at all IMO). Just to put that into perspective.

 

I don't get the fuss with YLIMD I think it's one of the worst songs on the album. Take It Off, however <3

No I was just replying to those who said they would like YLIMD as second single :heehee: So I was just speculating and just saying if it is chosen as the next single or whatever :P

Now that this has had time to digest, I would like to redo my rate of the album. I now HATE 'YLIMD' and LOVVVE 'Boots & Boys'.

Really there isn't a BAD song on the album, it's just alot of the slower and mid-tempo tracks are very forgettable. But overall I think it's a very good album, especially for a debut.

 

BEST: Take It Off, Animal, Blah Blah Blah, Boots & Boys, Party At A Rich Dudes House, and Dinosaur. ALSO Backstabber is pretty good, but the rest of the album is just OKAY to me.

Animal - 8.03/10. So good.

The label is being quite ridiculous with a second single. Im sure they will go for the rushed option and release Backstabber as she has already shot a video for it. And if they want to keep with the Feb 22nd release date, they better do it soon.

I like Backstabber, but that's a terrible decision. THOUGH it's better then YLIMD. :D

Our local radio station had an "exclusive play" of Kesha's new single and played 'Blah Blah Blah'. Is that not the next single? :unsure:

Nothing's been announced yet. I just hope they skip Blah Blah Blah. Talk about overrated. Backstabber wouldn't do well either. They absolutely have to release Hungover at some point soon...

'Hungover' would be perfect to release after 'TiK ToK'! But I can see it being 3rd single. They'll go for another up-tempo'd single to follow TT though...
